Besito Mexican Restaurant - Roslyn NY

They switched their menu and it's as tasty as ever! Was already my favorite but it's even better now. The service was as usual - Excellent. The drinks are good as well ! My go to spot when I crave flavor !

This was my third time at Besito but I came with friends who are regulars and it was wonderful to be part of such a warm welcome. Outstanding margaritas made the night extra fun. Food was delicious. This is upscale beyond standard Tex-Mex fare. Enjoy!

This place never disappoints. This time we celebrated my wife's birthday and had our two daughter's join us with their friend. They all loved it. The food was delicious and service was attentive. Great music too. They used to play mainly salsa and now I notice mostly if no all bachata. I personally prefer salsa but I'd like to see them mix it up. I'll keep coming back to this as one of my favs

WE always love Besito but there portions for Guacomole is always very small. Yesterday was even smaller, My husband felt like he had 4 bites. The waiter just asked for 1 second hows everything on the late side and never even waited for our answer. I didn't love the enchiladas. my husband liked the Fajitahs but they definitely also their portion seemed a lot smaller than usual

The food and drinks were great and the service was spot on. The ambiance made it such a fun place for friends to get together, laugh and enjoy each other's company.

One dish with little soft tortilla for rolling and chorizo - was terrible - just a dish of sloppy goo and cheese

We've dined at Besito (Roslyn) many times thru the years. The indoors is very loud, especially on weekends. It can be difficult to hear your table mates, hence the need for loud talking. Also, music adds to loudness. Outside dining is much more enjoyable, as noise level is substantially lower. Service by our waiter was excellent and professional. Support staff was equally good. Food is generally good. Table guacamole is always very tasty. The ribs are tasty and spicy/sweet; portion is nice. Fish is generally good. Nightly specials are available and sound interesting.Most entrees have a sauce or coating. Most entrees are spicy. A small bowl of rice, as well as one with beans, accompanied all entrees.

This is my favorite restaurant, period. Recently, they closed for spring cleaning but failed to place a notice on the door. My wife and I, thinking they had gone out of business, mourned as if we had lost a family member.

The food and service was wonderful as always. All in my party were extremely happy with all facets of the meal.

Super lively, energetic, almost frenetic environment for Friday night dinner. Besito is a pretty location with a nice vibe and great menu. In the past, atmosphere, food, drinks have been great. We enjoyed the meal and beverages, found our server to be kind and helpful. But the energy of the place was on high rev, we found the staff anxious which made us feel rushed. There was a “turn the table” sensation but there were plenty of other tables, no line of people waiting. Staff was darting all over the place and plates were snatched too quickly. At one point we needed to wave them off for a few more minutes. The food was good but not so good that we're in a hurry to go back when there was nothing relaxing about the meal. Calm down Besito.

Food was excellent, super fresh with vibrant and appropriate flavors, my husband and I were both really impressed. Service was very friendly and kind. A restaurant we will look forward to return to.

Friendly staff. Great parking and easy to find restaurant. Food and drinks were very good.

Sooooo good my wife and I ate outside and shared the guacamole, carne asada skillet, and street corn which is always our go too! Love this place.

Loved this resto for years. Highly recommended. However the spinach quesadillas appetizer was disappointing.

Sadly I think the restaurant has declined! The waitress staff was not great. My food came out with small flies coming out of it!! I thought I was crazy but then both my husband and I caught one of the nats. We called over the waitress. The manager came over very apologetic but said they probably came from outside but no they were coming out of my salad. They did comp my meal but would have preferred better service and clean food!
