Great everything
Bryant & Cooper never disappoints. Best steakhouse on Long Island. Cajun ribeye is always the star of the show, complemented by cajun lamb chops as an app.
The food was cooked to perfection and came out very quick

My first time dining at Bryant Cooper was a pleasant experience. The food was excellent and the service was great!
The food is always very good as well as the service. It was probably noisy than I would like but that's because it was a Saturday night.
B & C never fails to impress. It continues to be one of the very best restaurants around. The entire staff is thoroughly professional and very experienced. They seem to focus on making sure that their patrons have a great experience. I've never had anything there that wasn't very-good-to-excellent. This time we started with a wedge salad and a crabmeat cocktail. Both were very satisfying and very tasty. Then we had the prime sirloin and a filet, accompanied by asparagus and cottage fried potatoes. We were very pleased with the preparation of the food and the truly great taste. The waite staff is simply the best and always enhances the experience. We can't say enough about how enjoyable it is to dine here and we are looking forward to our next visit very soon.
My husband and I went for a Saturday night dinner and were very disappointed with our experience. The meal felt extremely rushed; like my husband was still finishing his appetizer and they started to bring the main. I even asked the waiter to wait and I was completely ignored. The Cesar salad was wilted; the steak was unevenly cooked and not seasoned. No one came by to ask if we were happy with our steak. We went for a romantic date night out and it is definitely not meant for that. The restaurant is loud with tables extremely close to one another. For the price of the meal, one would expect to at least have the table for at least an hour and a half; but appetizers and main we were barely there an hour. I get it, they are a busy restaurant; but at these prices, one doesn't want to feel rushed in their meal. Too many other steakhouses on Long Island; will not return.
Steak was not up to par at all. Food was bland and not served hot. Best part was the corn and mashed potatoes. $600 dinner (including. Tip) and in and out in under an hr. Too many other steakhouses to dine at with way better food and ambiance than this one
Food was just ok for the price. My husband and I ordered the porterhouse for two. The others in our party ordered the prime sirloin and grilled swordfish. They were happy with their orders. Would defintiely return but would order something else.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years. I went with my husband (celebrating 49 years of marriage) and friends who were celebrating an 80th birthday. This restaurant is our go to for celebratory occasions. When we arrived we reminded the maitre D this was special occasions dinner. He said he knew as it was on our Open Table reservation. The evening began with appetizers. We ordered a chopped wedge salad to be shared. It came drowned in dressing. The cost was graciously removed by management. However, the waiter (?Sala) never returned and when he finally did, said he would have taken care of it had we told him. We would have if he ever truly serviced our table. He didn't care for our response and promptly handed the table over to Patrick who couldn't have been nicer. The dinner came but my husbands' filet (10 ounce) was not cooked to his liking. Once again management replaced the steak which he ended up taking home. We ordered coffee and tea and passed on dessert. We witnessed all the birthday singing and dessert presentations to other customers but none came to our table. When I spoke to Patrick about this, he said management usually tells the wait staff but nothing was said to him. He ultimately came out with One Scoop of Vanilla ice cream, four spoons and with two others sang happy birthday to one guest. Not one mention of our anniversary nor dessert provided. I just simply could not make this story up. When the maitre D asked the clients at the table next to ours how things were going, a gentleman answered, "the steak was soft but tasteless!" Nothing was done for them. The cherry on the cake,.. I gave the valet the ticket to our car for delivery. He was too busy texting on his phone to acknowledge. Many restaurants have off nights...but this was such a negative experience, we will not be returning. For such an upscale restaurant, what a disappointment.
A wonderful meal. You come to B&C with expectations. Those were more than satisfied! What we sometimes lose sight of is that it's a meal that will be remembered by our families and friends long after the aromas and tastes have faded.
Traditional steakhouse experience. Superior food and service. Exactly what you would expect from this Strong Island institution!
The best food and atmosphere. We ate at the bar and the bartender was amazing. We love this place , come a lot , never disappointed
Food is always delicious and consistent. There is not 1 item on the menu that is not good, Service is tops as well, as always.
