The table napkins were stiff as cardboard. And our steaks were medium rare and not medium.

As always Bryant & Cooper delivers, on quality and service. Had a client dinner that went perfectly. If you have not dined at Bryant & Cooper it's a must! Get the Canjun RibEye you will not regret it!

Not many traditional steakhouses still around, but Bryant & Cooper is among the best. Excellent sirloin, cooked to perfection. Very healthy portions!

Excellent service, just as good as the beef. Patricio is the best, very attentive and friendly. We always come to this place to celebrate friends' birthday and enjoy the occasion all the time. Thanks!

There was a family seated next to us with young ferral boys that were completely out of control. Screaming, crying, cursing and yelling at their parents while wearing hoodies and causing a non stop circus. The parents were clueless as well that they were disrupting the entire restautant. The staff could not or did not intervene. The tables are packed in close just 2 to 3 feet apart. We had our meals packed to go !!. Not what you expect when you are paying Over $300 for a nice meal.

Extremely crowded and noisy. Had 7:30 reservation sat at 8:00. My wife ordered lamb chops medium and was served 2 double lamb chops that were inedible for $72. Food was average and very expensive. Will nor be returning

This was a major birthday and I left hugely disappointed and annoyed. The restaurant was extremely overcrowded and very loud. My ears were actually ringing and we couldn't have a conversation with our guests. I ordered a steak medium well and my husband ordered a steak well-done. Mine came well-done and his came burnt. On the positive side, the wait staff were attentive and the seafood tower was good. Neither negate how cheated I feel paying so much for a lacking dinner.

Always enjoy my meals here. The Cajun ribeye is flawless - and so is their prime rib. If I had to make any suggestions - add bacon slabs to the menu because if someone doesn't eat shellfish / raw fish - there's really nothing in the way of appetizers - and for dessert time, add the option of half n half / cream with the coffee. Anyone on a Keto diet can't have milk because it has sugar. Otherwise the service is always top notch - and the food just can't be beat. Never stop doing what you are doing guys! Thanks for a fun evening! Bradley

Sitting at the bar and being able to watch the US Open Tennis and engage in meaningful conversation with a perfect stranger sitting next to you is wonderful by today's standard!! The food, drinks and service were great by the bartenders also!!

Best steak on long Island. The Cajun ribeye might be my fav all time. The sides could use a lot of work. Drinks were great too.

Disappointing. For a steak that is $72 per person, this was a big disappointment. The porterhouse was stringy and tough, under seasoned, and a bit dry. We ordered Medium Rare and it came out a bit closer to medium, but they did an ok job at cooking it. It just was not as flavorful a piece of meat and was not seasoned. Someone convinced me to try Bryant and Cooper's instead of my usual Peter Lugers, and I regret it. Compared to Peter Lugers, Bryant and Cooper's misses the mark. The appetizers were a let down as well. The clams casino are really not worth the charge. The wedge salad is just boring with just a chunk of tomato a little bit of bacon and a dressing that is a touch too bitter. Dessert was the highlight, the apple strudel was delicious and the pecan pie was moist and crisp. Other than the dessert, you are better off going to Peter Lugers if you are going to spend this much on steak.
