How does a place that serves food and coffee not have a restroom for customers? Also the dirtiest Dunkin I’ve ever walked into.

Probably the worst Dunkin experience. The man making the order was so rude and obnoxious. He made our whole order wrong. His name was MASUD. He charged us for anything and everything. When we went to complain he acted like nothing happened and just gave us $4 back. He was just annoying, rude & absolutely weird. Don’t got here. So disappointed

They’re always selling old, hard bagels. I’ve complained multiple times, and every time they promise to give me fresh, soft ones but nothing ever changes. I’d rather go to the Manhasset location, where they always serve them fresh and right.

GPS got me so lost and so confused on how to get to this store. But the man who picked up the phone was very nice and knowledgeable or the area and was able to help me find the place and I finally got my coffee after 25 mins of being lost! I want to say Thank you for being a kind person! Thank you! Hope you see this.
Ignore the old bad reviews, this Dunkin’ must be under new management because it is easily the best I have been to. It is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly, even in the early hours. The manager/owner is often there when I go in and he is also very friendly and chats with me. I have been in about 5 times so far, and the man who is always working has already memorized my order. He makes it quick and perfect every time. Sometimes i’ll go into a Dunkin and my drink doesn’t taste right but this location gets it right every time. I would definitely recommend for a quick stop because they will have you in and out in under two minutes!!

It was my worst experience at this Dunkin’. The guy gave us sour tasting Iced Coffee. When we asked him to make it again he started being rude. Something was really wrong with the coffee or the cream. Even when he tried to make it again it was even more sour. When we asked for a refund he completely refused to do so and wasn’t even able to properly communicate why. From what we understood he told us to come back the next day to get the refund because the manager wasn’t available. Absolutely Pathetic!!

It's a small dunkin shop stands on 1063 Northern Blvd in Roslyn h@ving ample parking facilities. All dunkin foods & drinks are available here. The crews are cordial & customers friendly. It remains open 7 days in a week from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Ordered way ahead of time and they weren’t ready.
Refused to let us use the bathroom.
No seating and floor was extremely wet.
