Came here for Valentine’s! Great experience. We had a reservation & were seated right away. The services were super nice and accommodating and the food was delicious. The overall ambiance is wonderful — Very pretty and romantic inside. I would definitely come back again.

Worse experience ever is an understatement. Made a reservation here for Valentine’s Day. Waited over 2 hours for our meal, only to be told they ran out of mashed potatoes and ran out of the steak we ordered. Then received a piece of steak salty enough to cause a stroke. The only decent part of the night was my drink. No service recovery may I add. What a waste…..

Unfortunately I feel it necessary to criticize the experience tonight. Although scarcely occupied when we were seated it became more crowded over the evening. When we were first seated our friend ordered a simple martini only to be brought the wrong one. Then the wait began. When my steak finally came it was overdone accompanied by cold French fries. Our dinner lasted over 21/2 hours for mediocre food and total inattention. If we hadn't flagged down the wait staff we might still be there. The ambiance is beautiful however I would suggest additional and more customer oriented staff.

Prime 1024 has amazing sushi and even better ambiance. The copper and fig drink was delicious too!

Overall the food and service is good. The Cajun steak didn't have any Cajun spice taste. It tasted like a just a hot oil. The steak and lamb was cooked well. The bread is hard and felt like i can break a tooth on it.
