Pat, our wedding coordinator, was beyond incredible. He was impeccably organized, attentive to every detail, and truly took the time to understand and execute our vision flawlessly. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making the entire day flow effortlessly so we could simply enjoy every moment.
Diana, my bridal attendant, was an absolute angel. She was by my side all day, fixing my train, making sure I stayed hydrated, and anticipating every little thing I might need. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely taken care of.

Our cousin got married here yesterday evening. A very popular wedding venue spot and the staff did a great job shuffling everyone where they needed to be. Cocktail hour was like. A mini dinner in and of itself. The fruit and calamari were my favorite components but they had a lot of options. I loved that the dinner was made to order. The fillet was by far the most popular choice, but the salmon was better. Vlad was my favorite bartender of the evening and other than the room getting really hot when everyone piled in the space was perfect. The flowers and landscaping were absolutely stunning and of course they had beautiful white swans swimming in the lakes. Really nice venue, would recommend to others.

I attended the wedding of my friend’s daughter last week. It was my first time here, and the venue is spectacular! They had a simple outdoor wedding which was charming, and romantic with a stringed instrument/piano trio playing in the background. The food and the staff were so wonderful and attentive to the needs of the couple and their guests. I wish the newlyweds Phylicia and Elijah, all the love and happiness in the world! From the jump, our preparations started with the unwavering support and constant help from Sadie, who was incredible and so, so patient with all my questions.
Then, we were assigned Pat as our Maitre D (I have no idea if i spelled that correctly....) Pat is a literal gem of a human. He went ABOVE & BEYOND in every way - he helped us bring our event to life with the mix of decorations from the florist and decorator and our DIY elements. He helped us place and situate everything, he only asked us when it was truly important, and he kept us sane on the wildest day of our lives. When i say everyone in my family loves him, i mean it - they are constantly asking about him. He is incredible. Cannot recommend enough.
DIANA. She was the captain, i believe, for our wedding day. I say this with feeling: I would die for Diana. She was everywhere, she was always there to support. She was kind, she was helpful, she was incredibly skilled at diffusing weirdness and cutting through the bullshit. She anticipated your needs before you knew you needed them, and she was 2 steps ahead of us the whole day. I would hire Diana to do anything - she was amazing, and deserves so so so much praise for her grace on such a wild day.

The grounds were perfect with all the various flowers blooming (weather had thankfully cooperated) and our guests were in awe of the grounds. Pat was fantastic as our maitre'd, Diane was the best bridal attendant, and special shout out to Sadie for being our initial point of contact when first booking with them! The place was beautiful, the food was all very good, the bathrooms are clean and well manage. Pat is great! Better direction after you valet the car would be helpful since there are multiple events happening at the same time. Some family members did not know where to go for the ceremony, signs would be helpful. Staff was below par for the price of this place for a wedding. Some bar tenders and servers were not very friendly. I got complaints from fellow guests that said the same. Food was taken away along with some of the favor gifts. Service makes or breaks an event and although it wasn't horrible I feel there is room for improvement. A more accurate star rating would be 3.5. I gave it 4 stars because in spite of the complaint, we all had a nice time.
We hosted our daughter’s communion celebration here in mid-May, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food and service were exceptional. Sandra, our maitre d', was phenomenal, and her partner Charlie was also great! She guided us through every detail of the planning process and consistently anticipated our needs during planning and throughout the event. Thanks to her team's professionalism and coordination, the event was a tremendous success. Since then, several guests have reached out to ask for details so they can plan their own events here. I highly recommend this venue and Sandra's team!

Shortly after this, we returned to the Swan Club and booked. Throughout our 14 month engagement and planning process, all receptionists and employees were eager to answer any questions and extremely responsive. They were patient and kind during every phone call and visit prior to our big day. When we began the final stages of planning and finalizing, we were introduced to the Maître D- Pat. I could go on about how amazing Pat was throughout this whole experience. Just like the rest of the Swan Club team, Pat was extremely helpful and personable. He truly cared whole heartedly about our experience at the Swan Club and every detail of our reception. He was extremely organized and responsive throughout the whole process and truly ensured that the night ran smoothly. Between watching weather forecasts, consistently checking in with us, and making sure all of our guests were being taken care of, Pat was on it. Working with him was one of those experiences where when its over, you feel like you'll miss him! Another remarkable member of the team was Diana, the bridal attendant. She was super attentive to both myself and my husband, ensuring we always had a drink and a plate of food ready. She was prepared for any issue at all- dress stains, trips to the bathroom in the gown, broken bustles- she was the girl. She was calm and reassuring all night and truly made sure that we were always taken care of, allowing for us to focus on our guests and the party while still being able to enjoy the details.
Overall, the experience at the Swan Club was nothing short of amazing. We truly feel proud to have planned our wedding at this venue, and our guests continue to rave about the food, atmosphere, and service. I would 10000% recommend this venue.

From the moment we saw the Swan Club, we knew it had to be our venue. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are airy and spacious with huge windows, and the staff is welcoming and wonderful. We had a party of 150 people and used the Camelot Ballroom. It was a perfectly sized room for us - not cramped at all, and never looked too empty. Our maitre’d was Pat who was absolutely lovely. When we met with him to finalize the menu, he was very honest about what he would recommend and why, which was much appreciated having never tried any of their food. He was available at any time when I had questions and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. My bridal attendant for the day was Diana and she was lovely as well. She was always nearby when we needed her but never hovering or intrusive. When my husband and I requested a quick water break when taking our photos, she quickly set up a fruit and cheese platter in a private room for us so we could sit and rest for a moment, just the two of us. She brought us a huge spread of all of our cocktail hour foods to the bridal suite so we could try everything we missed when we were greeting our guests. She somehow knew which one of my nine bridesmaids was holding onto my emergency bag when I needed my lipgloss. Every staff member we met with or spoke to was so helpful and kind. On top of the excellent service, the food was spectacular. We had five food stations at the cocktail hour and passed hors devours which people raved about, 8 dinner options for our guests to choose from, and passed desserts alongside our cake. Unfortunately, because it was so windy outside, we had to have cocktail hour setup indoors but our guests still had access to the covered outdoor patio where the keyboardist was set up. It was still beautiful and everyone got to take photos outside with the water and the gardens. We couldn’t be happier with the Swan Club and we’d highly recommend it!
