Our family Just had our daughter’s Sweet 16 at the Swan Club and our experience was truly 5 star. The venue is stunning, our Maitre D Pat is the man that can literally make anything possible all with a smile on his face, all of the staff from our Captain, to the bar men and women and everyone in between were remarkable. The food and service are unparalleled and we HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone interested in hosting an event.

My wedding there on July 20, 2019 was beyond the most amazing experience in my life time :) I received the best service from a great person named *Jordana* let me tell you she was there with me all the time I’m 6 months pregnant don’t know nothing about these weddings and she made me feel happy and ready to go, my guests were amazed with her service as well they said wow she is like family! &&& also big thanks to ivonne, bridal attended and amazing staff - thank you everyone for making my wedding dream come true !!! I recommend doing wedding any party there!!!

My husband and I had our wedding here last June (this is way overdue)! We had about 175 guests in the Camelot main ballroom. I chose this venue because they had incredible indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony and cocktail hour, all of which are separate spaces so you do not have to worry about spaces being flipped. Being an anxious bride, I did not want the wedding day to heavily weigh on the weather conditions.Something I did not realize that will make or break your day is the staff. Pat, the event manager was responsive and patient with all of my questions, requests, etc. It was evident that he has great experience and I felt assured he would make sure everything ran smoothly on the day-of. He made sure everything was coordinated perfectly so each part of the day ran on time.Diana was my bridal attendant. She had a great can do attitude the entire day and was so helpful with keeping everything running. She was able to anticipate most things I would want or need before I even did.The bartenders were excellent and kept the drinks flowing. The food menu was expansive and the dishes I did try were delicious. The grounds were very manicured. The venue and the patio area were just renovated so everything was pristine.This venue does help a lot with the planning, timelines, recommended vendors, coordination and everything else a first time bride would need.I greatly appreciate Swan Club for having us on our special day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning their wedding!

Swan club is such a hidden gem! I can’t say enough great things about this venue. Not only is it absolutely stunning but the staff is so great. From the first meeting and throughout the entire wedding planning process the staff at Swan answered any questions I had right away, let me come in to see the venue whenever I needed, and made the whole process so fun and stress free. Pasquale specifically was so great to work with! He was so organized and helped so much the last few weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was done and ready. The day of my wedding Pasquale and the other staff at Swan were amazing! They went completely above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy and taken care of the night of our wedding. My guests had nothing but great things to say about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. I am so happy that we chose Swan, it was an unforgettable day.

Swan Club's Maître d Pat (Pasquale) is AMAZING! He’s organized, experienced, detail oriented, patient, professional, the best there is. He remembered my many last minute requests and did everything to make us happy. My bridal attendant Diana was fabulous. She re-bustled my dress when it opened toward the end of the night and fixed my hair as it unraveled toward the end of the night as well. She made sure my husband and I always had our drinks of choice on hand. The grounds and Camelot room are GORGEOUS. SO HAPPY I had my wedding there! The best decision I made for my wedding.

My husband and I are both South Asian, and in our culture, religious ceremonies and reception events are often on different days. We had decided that we wanted to have both on the same day, but we wanted a place that could offer a different ambiance for each part. We booked appointments at two halls, Swan Club being the second. From the minute we left that appointment, we knew that we didn’t need to look anywhere else. We were going to get married there.Swan Club is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams. The grounds are up-kept well, and they are always updating the property, which exudes modern elegance. We’re jealous when we see the new improvements they’ve made in just the year since we got married.We had our ceremony in the boathouse. We had expected about only 70% of our guest list to be on time for the ceremony, but they surprised us and all showed up on time. One thing to note here is that it can be a little hard for guests at the back to see what’s happening depending on your guest count if you fill the entire space.The garden is absolutely stunning. We had the most perfect sunset, and having an outdoor cocktail hour (if weather permits) is well worth the price. It’s an experience unlike any other, and our guests were posting pictures from the garden for weeks. It’s also the perfect place to take your wedding pictures. You don’t have to travel offsite for beautiful shots that will be treasured forever.Pat was our maitre’d, and he was amazing. He was the one person I spoke to throughout the wedding planning process who was calming, offered the most helpful guidance, and assured me that we’d make it all work. He’s willing to work with you to make your dreams for your special day come true and provides wonderful customer service. He’s a true pro.Now, on to the food. We still have guests raving about the food from our wedding. I remember reading reviews that said similar things about the food, and it was hard to believe. Is wedding food ever that good? At Swan Club, it is. Believe us when we tell you. You can’t go wrong with your menu if you have your event here. Not only does it taste great, but unlike the standard for most venues, your guests to pick from a list of 7-8 entrees, instead of 3.Swan Club also offers passed desserts, in addition to the wedding cake, and it was such a fun experience. Some guests do miss it if they are on the dance floor, but those that are paying attention have a really fun dessert experience with a variety of desserts, more so than the traditional plated experience.The only thing we’re sad about is that we didn’t get to enjoy the food and dessert because, of course, we were the bride and groom and busy getting married. We can’t wait to get invited to Swan Club as guests, so we can get the true experience from the other side! Can’t rave enough, having our wedding here was the best choice we made for our wedding — other than choosing each other.
