So I’ve loved Jersey mike’s ever since this place opened. I’ve always had good experiences until yesterday. It was a Friday. I placed an order in the app as I have done in the past. It tells me 45 min wait- not a big deal, it is Friday. I ended up waiting another 40 min past the 45 min that I was supposed to wait initially. Staff at 1:45 in the afternoon is bad....very bad. I got ripped off and then they would not give me a receipt until I ask several times. Is it not the law that If I request a receipt that I should get one. In addition, they gave me a giant sub with just 4 1/2 slices of meat per variety and said that was the standard. I do not think I am going back to this store. The food is good but the staff is not.
