Food & service is always good. Favorites are their burgers, loaded tots & carrot cake. I just wish their sign was either brighter or bigger so it's easier to spot at night for those who've never been there.

I LOVE IT HEREEEE!!! Tried the smash burger OMG WAS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! The espresso martinis are to die for lol just a wonderful place good vibes food and people!!! Definitely take a visit if your in the area !!

Local pub type comfort food . We have really enjoyed everything we have gotten to eat here - several different kinds of burgers, mashed potatoes and salads. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Jennifer G is fantastic! This has become our new favorite place to go out to eat.

I’ve been to Maxon’s many times.. Normally we have a GREAT experience.. but just this last time has been just disappointing. I’ll start first right as we walked in the door at the host stand the manager was yelling at the hostess for seating people wrong and then proceeded to tell her if she does it again she will be taken off the schedule. Joke or not it’s definitely not something you say at all but especially in front of customers. We got sat quickly and greeted quickly. The waitress took our order, got our appetizers out but after 40 minutes of waiting none of us got our side salads. The food runner was moving very quickly and accidentally spilled food on my husband and left him a nasty burn on his finger. That was totally an accident it is okay but then the manager told us he would comp the meal and salads and appetizer. We got our bill and noticed he never took the meal that got spilled on my husband off. Instead they took the kids meal off that was significantly cheaper than my husbands meal. We called them back over and again right in front of us said to our waitress “I don’t think it matters”.. it does matter when his meal is $23 vs a $8 kids meal. Again we normally love it here but I’m not sure if management was changed the new manager just seemed like he was extremely unprofessional and had no clue how to run the restaurant. I will say the food was amazing as always, kudos to the chef.

The only reason I am giving this fantastic restaurant 4 stars is because they got rid of the best item on their menu! The goodness gracious chicken sandwich. I have recommended this place specifically for that and it was an absolute hit! Please bring it back!

Surprisingly exceptional American pub style restaraunt and bar. I have to reccomend the mac and cheese, it's incredibly creamy. Maxon's particularly excels with its appetizers, I've never had one that wasn't perfect. My family makes a 45 minute drive for Maxon's every few months, well worth the trip.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options such as salads and mac and cheese, not an incredible amount but what they have is delicious.
Parking: Parking behind the building, the entrance is also in the back.
Kid-friendliness: It can be a little loud, but nothing out of the ordinary for this kind of restaraunts. There is usually at least a few children there.
