I had a chocolate banana espresso smoothie and avocado toast, my husband had a breakfast burrito, and our friends had smoked trout sandwiches; all were extremely good and seemed to be made with high quality, fresh ingredients! My group was just passing through and we had our food to go but this seemed like a nice spot to chill if we had been able to. There was seating inside and on the porch. The girl at the counter was super friendly and all staff were pleasant even though they were pretty busy. I would definitely go back!

Nice and cosy coffee shop with a VERY good coffee and selection of breakfast. The only reason for 4 stars is the dish i had. I ordered Breakfast Burrito which had a harissa sauce in it.. It turned out to be SO spicy that I barely could handle it.. Don't get me wrong, I love spicy food, but in this case it wasn't mentioned on the menu anywhere that the burrito is extremely hot. I would propose adding a disclaimer on the menu or at least ask customers how spicy they want this. P.S. I tried different types of harissas in my life but that was the most scorching one. The rest is very good. Would definitely recommend if you're around Roxbury.

I ordered food from the Watershed in Roxbury, NY several days ago. The sign behind the register stated “POUR OUR COFFEE OVER ICE, LOOK FOR THEIR TACTICAL VESTS.” Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the sign until after I purchased food from them. I asked the worker exactly what the sign meant. She said she didn’t know. I asked if the restaurant had an issue with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and she confirmed they did. I can only assume their sign is a suggestion for others to pour hot liquids on ICE agents and other law enforcement agents that are merely doing their job. With that being said, I suggest that federal agents and other law enforcement officials and their supporters utilize caution if entering this establishment, better yet, don’t support a business that promotes violence.

What a great place to visit, eat and enjoy!! Friendly owners and staff, yummy food, drinks, and even pet friendly! The smoked tuna bagel was to die for!!! Had a couple of their grab-n-go sandwiches too. LOVED IT

this is our go-to spot for lunch and coffee when staying nearby at The Roxbury, and it is always a pleasure to stop in. the service is wonderful and the staff is so kind. the food is fantastic, with local ingredients that are clearly designed with lots of love. can't wait to return on our next visit to the Catskills.

Went here while staying at the Roxbury Motel. Friendly staff, nice community centered atmosphere and yummy coffee! Tried both iced and hot drinks and the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious!

This place has a high score because it earned it. The staff and owners are very friendly, and it's really a great vibe here. They have a game area for people that want to hang out, and the food is really good. Definitely worth the cost, with the right value for your money. I was happy to get a chance to eat her twice, and my wife liked the baked goods as well, which she doesn't eat as often as I do. The reviews and score isn't a fluke, trust it and go here. You wont be disappointed.
Parking: There isn't a lot of parking, but enough that you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot. If you need to park on the street it's safe to walk too. We walked from our hotel right down the street to here.
