“I see a lot of negative reviews here but I just had an awesome experience. Shout out to the lady manager. I ordered a Whopper Jr., fries and nuggets. She told me that they only had one bun left for a regular whopper so she said she’ll make me a Whopper instead of a Whopper Jr.
She then said they had two patties left so might as well use them and she ended up giving me a double whopper for the price of a Jr. Thank you! I just drove a total of 8 hours to/from Cooperstown and was starving!“

I’ve been to Buns Burgers (and the Saugerties location as well), and overall it’s a solid choice.

It’s best described as upscale fast-food–style burgers, but with better quality ingredients. The burgers are well made, satisfying, and consistently good, and you can tell care goes into what they serve.

It can feel a bit pricey for a fast-casual experience, and the vibe is more quick and casual than sit-down dining, but the quality sets it apart from typical fast food.

Overall, a reliable spot when you want a good burger without a long wait, and definitely one I’d return to.“

“WOW all around! Exceptional food and top notch service and perfect pricing! Not only were the burgers and sandwiches delicious and nicely sized, (had the classic, dirty bird, and lamb eater) the concept of adding more to the 'usual' is an understatement. And adding their enviro friendly mindset of aluminum trays and no need for paper or plastic plates that you use for a millisecond of your lifetime, topped it off. A must stop for any day of the week:-)!“

“What a treasure in uptown Kingston! It was a last minute decision to find a good salad last night. Well, we hit gold! The salads were unique and delicious! The presentation was beautiful. Really interesting, tasty food - plus some inventive options for gluten free people. Both of our meals were hulking portions, and great value.

“The food was amazing and the service was great. Our server was attentive and the young lady who sat us was so sweet. The wings were covered in sauce but not soggy and still crispy. The pulled pork Mac was amazing and enough for two meals. My husband got onion rings and they were homemade and amazing. We will definitely be back again“

“My fiance & I went via drive-thru to order our dinner. The employee was quickly attentive & patient & extremely humourous making our order placing pleasant. Afterwards we had 4 gotten a few things & requested them & again was recived with no issues & with humor. Upon receiving our items we checked 2 b sure everything was correct & it was in fact perfect & the food was actually freshly made cuz it was extremely hot. If ever I'm in that area again & feeling hungry I would hope that it wasn't just that particular employee that made our night & that the other employees are just as enjoyable as he was.“

“This is one of the cleanest and best laid-out McD's I have been to. It's a great location in this particular area to have breakfast and get organized for the day or before moving on to nearby shopping. Best bathroom (clean)!“

Jace provided great customer service and was a fabulous waiter. My only note is, it is EXTREMELY cold in this establishment, even in the summer months.“
