“McDonald's is a dependable stop for quick, familiar meals with consistent quality and fast service. As frequent travelers, we’ve found McDonald’s is sometimes just in the right place at the right time. With our usual expectations being pretty low, we were surprised—pulling in to an empty lot and no drive-thru line, we assumed the food would be sitting and subpar.
Much to our shock and amazement, this may have been the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Everything—from the fries to nuggets to chicken sandwiches to burgers—was excellent. It’s almost bewildering to say, but this felt like how the McDonald brothers would’ve wanted it. If you need quick food on the go, this is your stop. Highly recommend.“

“I understand all the frustration people are directing at the new Wendy's in Catskill, but my experience was totally the opposite. I did not go in the first week because it was insane. But I went for lunch last week and it was great. The line was moving, food was good (chili cheese baked potato and saucy nuggets) and most of the flavors in the drink dispenser were functioning. Service was a little slow, a couple of tables in the dining room needed a wipe down, but it was a totally acceptable experience and I was not disappointed at all. Hopefully those who had a terrible experience due to long lines and wait times will get the chance to return now that things have slowed down.“

“WOW all around! Exceptional food and top notch service and perfect pricing! Not only were the burgers and sandwiches delicious and nicely sized, (had the classic, dirty bird, and lamb eater) the concept of adding more to the 'usual' is an understatement. And adding their enviro friendly mindset of aluminum trays and no need for paper or plastic plates that you use for a millisecond of your lifetime, topped it off. A must stop for any day of the week:-)!“

“This McDonald’s location really stands out, especially because of the playground area. Not many McDonald’s still have indoor play places anymore, so it’s always great to find one that is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The playground here is a huge bonus for families — kids have a place to burn energy, and parents get a chance to relax while enjoying their meal.

The play area was spotless when I visited. No trash on the floor, tables wiped down, and everything looked like it was checked regularly. The equipment inside looked sturdy and well cared for, and you can tell the staff takes the time to keep it in good shape. It felt like a fun and safe environment for kids of all ages.

Food came out fast, fresh, and hot — exactly what you want from McDonald’s. Service was friendly and welcoming, and even with the busyness that comes with having a playground, the staff stayed on top of everything.
