“The Juice Branch has amazing smoothies, bowls and sandwiches. Everyone in our family loves eating there including our kids (who are 1 and 4). George who runs the place is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and gives the place a great welcoming vibe. The smoothie menu has dozens of options but our favorites are the Showtime and the Downtown Stroll. I also recommend whatever wrap they are currently offering with oyster mushrooms.“

Plenty of room for kids up front, plus an XXXL table which I imagine draws many folks for writing and drawing workshops! As you make your way to the food counter, you see many unique local artworks for sale and enjoyment. The large back part of the room is designed as a wonderful space for music and poetry readings, with a small stage, great natural and interior lighting and comfortable seats. We missed the Monday morning music, but we just needed a quick snack and respite at the time. Many have reported on the great food, which we will return for! We loved our coffee and our peaceful time there. Cafe' Joust is open on Mondays, as is the amazing Magpie Books which is just down the street.“

The sausage rolls and the burger especially stood out, and everyone at the table seemed to genuinely enjoy their meals.

It is a little on the pricey side, but honestly that’s pretty typical for dining out these days. Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, it felt worth it. I’d definitely come back again.“
