“We went for the first time yesterday. We had fun. My only complaint is there were way too many children. Been to a lot of breweries and this one was the worst for kids . It won’t put me off coming here again but it’s nice to go out and not be surrounded by families with kids. I understand families are allowed to go out to breweries etc . But a lot of breweries are not like this one.“

“If you grew up in NY you'd know the 3 classic food items that are sacred. Bagels, Pizza (NY Style) and Pastrami Sandwiches. I've been in this area for a little over a decade and I've been on the search for one of these items prepared the way I remembered them to be growing up. I ordered the Pastrami Sandwich from Tivoli General not too long ago. I have to say this sandwich is spot on for me. Tivoli general seems to get everything from the bread to the pastrami right in my opinion. The soft Rye is just as important as the pastrami itself. Great place, good vibes, cozy and yummy pastrami sandwich.“

“From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted by the host and promptly seated. Our server, Hannah, struck the perfect balance between being warm and personable while remaining polished and professional. She had an impressive knowledge of the menu and provided the kind of service we should all be so lucky to experience. During our meal she mentioned what a wonderful team they have and how much she enjoys working there—and honestly, it showed. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there, and it created such a welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed both a cocktail and a mocktail, each beautifully crafted and presented. From the appetizers to dessert, every dish was thoughtfully composed. The combination of flavors, textures, and temperatures made each course feel intentional and beautifully executed.

After ordering dessert, I stepped outside for a cigarette. One of the staff members came out to let us know that our ice cream had just been scooped and our desserts were being plated so we could return before it melted. It was such a small gesture, but one that perfectly reflected the level of hospitality we experienced throughout the evening.

Every aspect of our visit left us wanting to tell our friends that Eliza is the new spot. Thank you to Hannah and the entire team for such a memorable evening—we can’t wait to come back.“

“Alleyway ice cream is truly a whole in the wall hidden gem . My wife and I discovered it today while wandering Saugerties . The ice cream is out this world and they have beautiful patio sitting area for you to enjoy your ice cream .“

“Ran some errands in Saugerties with my wife and dog. Stopped here for some ice cream. The afternoon snack was good, service was good. They even gave me a free bowl of vanilla soft serve topped with a dog biscuit for our pup, he loved it. Service was very good and friendly.“

“They are the only soft ice cream place in the area that has soft serve oatmilk ice cream. Having a bad dairy allergy this makes me so happy. They even wash the milkshake machine before they make my shake.“

“Yesterday we passed by this brewery and decided to go in. Inside the room is average size, what I didn't really like is that there is no design, it's just a boring room with tables. The bar counter was served by a nice and professional young Asian lady. My husband and I always try flights, here the flight consisted of 3 types of beer, the volume was not small, I still prefer when the flight is 5-6 types, but smaller in size, so I can choose a larger amount of future purchase. We sat outside, there were several large wooden tables with umbrellas. The territory was also simple, without design, looked a little unkempt. There was a music group preparing for a performance, but we left without having time to listen. I really like live music in such places. Of the 3 types of beer, I liked 2, my husband liked 1, we bought a type of beer to take with us that we had not tried and it turned out to be not bad. The prices are average.“

Amazing food, great beer, fun down to earth atmosphere, and just a lovely place to have a lot of laughs or just relax. The chef takes extra care in food preparation using farm to table ingredients, and take extra care and sensitivity to food allergies. Amazing gluten free pizzas if you are gluten free. And his recent Octoberfest menu left me wanting more. I think I licked the plate! Its become a favorite go to spot. Looking forward to the next experience and meal. “I ordered a 2 tiered cake here, and it came out beautifully. I had an idea to create a mossy looking cake that is covered in green cake crumbs, adorned with flowers and topped with my own picnic mat cake topper, and Connie was very easy to work with, and helped bring my idea to life. The cake came with fondant flowers and I added some edible flowers on top as well. The inside was chocolate cake with raspberry jam filling, which I requested to be made less sweet, and it turned out delicious. The delivery was prompt, and the cake also held up very well through delivery.“

Gigi's continues to surprise me by expanding seasonally, each year with new, delicious, and varied menu items. “I got the hot chai tea latte and it was tepid, not hot. The bagels and cream cheese was huge and generous. But they dont have choices on cream cheese flavors. They have a small selection of yummy looking bakery, I didnt have any.

It appeared the person working in front with customers was also doing stuff in back in the kitchen.

Customers would come in and wait a while before they had to hollar to get someone to wait on them.

The place has small tables and chairs, but no lounge chairs or couches like you see in some coffee shops. There is an outside sitting area in back.“

“I went in here last night and sat at the bar. At first, the bartender was a little bit rude. But he came around and was fine after that. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It was huge. It could easily have fed 2 people. The pizza was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very solid indeed. The wine pour was also very generous. The prices were very modest My only negative was that it's very noisy. Maybe a few properly placed plants, but a good experience all in all.“

“Amazing food . If you’re looking for fresh delicious food then check out this place. We had the Arthur Ave salad , Chicken Milanese , the carbonara , the tiramisu and the mocha latte. All I can say is WOW 🤩 . Left with full bellies . The mocha latte was the best latte I ever had. The rest of the food was so fresh you will leave feeling full but not that gross full feeling . Will definitely be coming back to try something else !“
