About First Capital Poké Bar

First Capital Poké Bar is a casual restaurant with a friendly staff and interesting options. The double scoop protein bowl with tuna was fresh and tasty, especially with the pineapple miso sauce. Customers love the build-your-own bowl option, especially with pineapple miso on tuna and crab. The tonkotsu ramen is a favorite, served with perfectly cooked eggs. The snack box is surprisingly filling, and the dumplings are tasty. The restaurant also serves beer and sake, making it a great spot for a lighter yet satisfying meal. Many customers appreciate the fresh and tasty ingredients, with options available for gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan diets. People enjoy ordering poke bowls, pork bao buns, and trying ramen on their visits. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make First Capital Poké Bar a top choice for casual dining in the area. The presentation of dishes is beautiful, and the restaurant shows care for even delivery orders. While the place could use some updates to the floors, walls, tables, and chairs to attract more sit-down customers, its quality food and welcoming vibe make it a worthwhile visit.

My friend introduced me to this place! And boy was it worth it! The food was very very fresh and put together right in front of you before you eat it. Of importance to me is great customer service and this restaurant has it! I didn’t realize that I had something going on and ordered something that was very hot to my tongue. She remade my bowl without the hot stuff! That is great customer service!
