Very good general tsos chicken. We enjoyed the sushi and the chicken wing appetizer. Definitely a new favorite!
Great food, great service, heard a lot of good things about this restaurant, went there dinner and it's incredible to see how their team manage and serve in such a busy dinner service. Great job.

Sakimura Hibachi and Asian Fusion is a restaurant highly recommended for its fantastic hibachi dinner and chef experience, which provides a consistently great meal with so much food. The sushi is also a highlight, described as awesome, very fresh, delicious, and tender, with specific praise for the Viking Roll and Salmon Avocado Roll. Other excellent dishes include the hibachi scallop and shrimp dinner, with scallops cooked to perfection, a delicious rice roll, tasty chicken satay, and a great-value three roll sushi lunch. The lunch Bento with fried rice and rock shrimp is also excellent.
The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, sharp looking, and open with plentiful seating. Guests can enjoy eating at the illuminated sushi bar. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and attentive, constantly moving about to check in, fill drinks, and provide fast service without being pushy or rushing guests.
Reservations are highly encouraged for prime dinner times on weekends. While the surrounding plaza parking can be chaotic, the restaurant itself offers a great experience and is considered a top-five sushi spot that doesn't empty your vault. It is definitely a great spot to try in the area.
