I love the hot chocolate but repeatedly get to my position to find it is only 3/4 full, as just happened again now, expensive for not a complete product. I stopped ordering whipped cream because of this sometimes it is okay but more often than not I get this
Stopped at this starbucks for the first time today. I went inside and the wait was long but i can understand especially with all of the covid measures put in place. Everybody was faced apart and wearing masks. My only issue is one of baristas who made my drink took out her cellphone and texted then continued to stick her hand inside my cup without gloves. What's the point?
