I go to this location quite often. The quality in general is fine. The staff is usually friendly but they need to pay more attention. I have a dairy allergy, and I can not go through the drive-through because I've had too many experiences with my order getting made with dairy. I have to go inside and watch them make it. I also have a speech impediment, and the music inside the store is so ridiculously loud that the people taking the order can't fully hear me. I have resorted to showing them my typed out order on my phone with OATMILK and DAIRY ALLERGY in all caps and bold to avoid mistakes. I ordered two drinks the other day and sat down to wait for them and watch them be made to ensure I dont die. I watched as the person behind the counter poured whole milk into the blender, made the drinks, and then called my name. I told him they were supposed to be made with oatmilk, and he got annoyed. I looked at the sticker on the cup as he was angrily flinging things around to make new drinks. The person who rang up the order never put in oatmilk, even though it was in bold and caps right in front of them. I understand it wasn't the fault of the person making the drink, but I was treated as if it were my fault, and I do not appreciate being treated that way.Bottom line, if you want your drinks made right, maybe go to the location in target. They aren't much better, but if you're specific and detailed, you might have better luck.

this is the best starbucks in kingston, everything tastes good and it’s consistent :)word of advice for anyone looking for a good starbucks in kingston, go here or the one in target! but NEVER the one in barnes & noble that one the coffee always tastes BURNT!! although the people are nice there too:)

Worst Starbucks ever!!!! They only worry about filling online orders and drive through orders. Walk up patrons are left waiting for a ridiculously long time. They are incompetent, even though they do not appear understaffed.
Explain to me why the drive-thru is always slower when the manager is working the window? If you want to sit and chat with customers, the drive-thru is not the right venue. Especially during rush hour, get a clue.I'll smile when the line moves at a pace other than glacial, darling.

Best coffee shop. I would recommend going if you like coffee even if you don't enjoy the cold butter taste of coffee or that warm black coffee they have options for everyone as well.
