Reviews for Lola

The pizza, the main feature of this place, was doughy and not crisp. I don't know how they managed to achieve this in a wood-fired oven, but they did. Service was great and the appetizers we ordered were good. This place would be good for drinks and apps on a nice date but I would skip the pizza. Lola is trying a little too hard.

If you go with a group, make sure you are early and leave extra time to order. We were only allowed one menu for the entire table. The pizza and pastas are alright but nothing to write home to mom about, and definitely over expensive for what you get. All the portions are super small! Apparently they now have a liquor license but when we were there, the only drinks they had were $10 mocktails aka lemonade with a garnish. Best part by far was the icecream for dessert.

Interesting vibe inside, albeit verging on the edge of cultural appropriation. The pizzas were pretty a premium of $16-18 a pie for a small pizza. The kicker was the $14 2oz. martini. Im sorry but cmon. I bartend and am pretty good at measurements and this was the saddest martini I've ever been served. Enough said
