Food is great but the vibe and service is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As others have mentioned, the entire restaurant was empty but the blonde hostess said we needed a “reservation” for the dining room, or else sit outside in the 31 degree weather or at the bar. With frigid temperatures out of the question we sat at the bar and it was just non, stop, drama the entire time. Every staff member was talking about each other and bashing one another, it was ridiculous. The food is worthy of takeout but the staff needs a reality check.. For two pizzas and a couple cocktails at $100, we’ll be going elsewhere.

This review is for the cafe side only, The space is big, bright, and clean. I had the chicken cutlet focaccia sandwich to go and it didn't disappoint. I forgot to get a picture because it looked too good not to devour immediately. Hope to come back soon for a sit down meal and drink.

Regular at the best spot in Kingston. Bring all of my friends and family members here and they all love it and want to come back. Rachel, Frannie, Noah are all great staff and super attentive. The rest of the staff works hard and show up every day. Thank you Lola Pizza!

The food was good but could be better given prices and hygiene standards. Most of the waitstaff was polite BUT we were told specifically no dogs allowed. We could sit at the outside enclosure with the heating lamps with our 15lb dog. One of the host? even barked it at us (sorry bad joke) . 5 mins later we see a women walk into the bar and all around the the restaurant with her dog! When we asked the waitress she said that was the owner’s dog which is a very bad look and hypocritical if you’re worried about health hygiene standards but allow your dog who just came in from the streets all over the restaurant, possibly the kitchen. Shamefuland very unsanitary
Food took a long time to come and when we did receive it the waitress dropped my pizza on the floor (which is fine totally an honest mistake). When they remade it they forgot to add prosciutto which I had asked for (again easy mistake), however they did not take any money off of the bill and charged $5 for the added prosciutto. It’s only good form to at least give us a small discount given all the circumstances. Food was tasty though, just not a wonderful experience
