The prime rib was a huge hit. The salmon, chicken cordon blue, and side dishes were so perfectly made with the right amounts of flavors & seasonings. The desserts, pies, and Italian cookie tray were a delicious treat!

Great bbq and catered food from a business that is a local staple. I attended a wedding venue with Colby's as their caterer. A whole pig roast with all the "fixin's" was supplied and it was neat to see. Colby's has a great ice cream and snack shack on the corner of E. Henrietta road as well.

Colby's catered our daughters wedding Labor Day weekend, and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious, especially the Angus beef tips with Marcela sauce, and the chicken French...YUM! The food was ready, hot and on time, even though some of the wedding speeches ran long, they managed to work with the time delay, and no one would have ever known anything different....Everyone loved the cupcakes and ice cream bar. The staff at Colby's are super easy to work with, and all the service staff was super friendly and very efficient, keeping all the guest tables cleaned up.
