Jim and Kim were very easy to work with and let us make substitutions to our menu without hesitation. Julianna did an excellent job with set up, replenishing during and packaging our food up after dinner. All of the food was delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers to share with friends and family. The prime rib was a huge hit. The salmon, chicken cordon blue, and side dishes were so perfectly made with the right amounts of flavors & seasonings. The desserts, pies, and Italian cookie tray were a delicious treat!

Great bbq and catered food from a business that is a local staple. I attended a wedding venue with Colby's as their caterer. A whole pig roast with all the "fixin's" was supplied and it was neat to see. Colby's has a great ice cream and snack shack on the corner of E. Henrietta road as well.
