Based on the reviews, Colby's Bake Shop is a great place with amazing food. The staff are friendly, professional, and everyone is great. They serve homemade pies, bread, cookies, and lots of good stuff. Specific menu items include peach cobbler, banana cream pie, and apple cider donuts. The banana cream pie had a strong banana food flavor. The food is pretty good, though the goods are not baked daily. The bakery catered a wedding and did a phenomenal job with plenty of food for leftovers. They also serve Perry’s ice cream, make shakes, and sell sandwiches. During warm months, they sell BBQ and have outdoor seats. They sell pre-made refrigerated hot meals to go. The store is not big or fancy, but the price is reasonable. The bakery has a sit-down eating area inside. It is a great place to visit during the summer months for outdoor seating.
