I’ve always loved your food but we had a problem yesterday with the portion size and claim of one of your items. You have a pre-designed chef bowl that is half lamb and half sweet potato. It says it has 27g of protein, and yet we got 2 tiny lamb meatballs. 1 ounce of lamb contains 7g of protein and there is no way those 2 meatballs were 1/4 ounce. When we questioned this they told us we could pay another $6 of $7 to get 2 more meatballs. This is not good value and it looks like your ingredient panel showing 27g of protein is misleading.

Good Cava. Line moves fast, pretty clean, and they dont skimp out on the portions. Good atmosphere as well. Unfortunately, the steak was nearly inedible. It was wayy too chewy. I'm usually not picky but I was chewing on the steak for way too long.
Every time I go, the service is inconsistent. The food is delicious and that’s why I go! Even if I have to wait for the peta chips, or wait on a long line or have certain items missing from my bowl like the falafel. Today though, I was already sitting and getting ready to prepare my cup and they were dismantling the juice machines and literary pouring them all out. It was about 9:36 PM and they were suppose to close at 10:30….. They definitely begin cleaning for store closure earlier than they should. That’s not fair for customers who already paid for their cups and are looking forward to have some of their homemade juices. On top of that, it’s a little sad to see all of those drinks being flushed out when my boyfriend and I could have really enjoyed drinking a few and tasting from the variety of mixes. If you come here, make sure to arrive before 9pm.
