Good Cava. Line moves fast, pretty clean, and they dont skimp out on the portions. Good atmosphere as well. Unfortunately, the steak was nearly inedible. It was wayy too chewy. I'm usually not picky but I was chewing on the steak for way too long.

Every time I go, the service is inconsistent. The food is delicious and that’s why I go! Even if I have to wait for the peta chips, or wait on a long line or have certain items missing from my bowl like the falafel. Today though, I was already sitting and getting ready to prepare my cup and they were dismantling the juice machines and literary pouring them all out. It was about 9:36 PM and they were suppose to close at 10:30….. They definitely begin cleaning for store closure earlier than they should. That’s not fair for customers who already paid for their cups and are looking forward to have some of their homemade juices. On top of that, it’s a little sad to see all of those drinks being flushed out when my boyfriend and I could have really enjoyed drinking a few and tasting from the variety of mixes. If you come here, make sure to arrive before 9pm.

The food was good as always, but the service was lacking tonight. There was too much chatting among the staff in the back, which led to a lack of focus on the customers. Additionally, one staff member had a bit of an attitude. The morning crew is usually excellent, and I hope they return to that level of service soon. Usually excellent, and I hope they return to that level of service soon. Will try again another time.
