This location need to be shut down. The “MANAGERS” do not use gloves when handling the food. When I mentioned to the manager about touching my food without using gloves she was nonchalant, lack customer service, and she still didn’t put any gloves on. I asked for corporate number she lied and gave me a store number where no one answer the phone. I will also contacted the health department in New York State

This is the worst location. Incompetence galore. As a vegetarian, I don’t appreciate meat mixed into my food. No one to complain to, just a silly bot they connect you with. Chiplote quality has gone way down, will never order again from them.

Got chipotle with my coworker and he found a metal screw in his bowl!! He almost chipped a tooth when he bit into it… chipotle has fallen off and this is the icing on the cake.. way to lose a long term customer #Gross

Very disappointed in my meal. My salad was missing 3 items. Corn chili salsa , cheese and fresh tomato salsa.

The food is great. Fresh. Large portions. Staff happy to accommodate special needs. Very friendly—but the store is grossly understaffed. Company works the staff hard and they really earn their money. As a result, they have no time to clean. Store is not clean. Uncleared tables. Garbage on seats. Sticky surfaces. Soda machine doesn’t work.

This is a good chipotle. People can be just so impatient and they don’t understand when there’s a lot of people, THERE ARE peak hours in which they can’t move even though the restaurant is falling, if a bunch of people come in and leave a lot of trash in the peak hour, it stays like that because there’s usually a lot of people in the peak hours. People be more reasonable and don’t compare your work at an office with a FAST food restaurant, my god.

You guys constantly skimp on portions I go to chipotle for a 900-1000 calorie bowl and end up coming out with maybe 600 calories train your employees they’re all super lazy and clearly give smaller portions because they don’t want to have to leave the line to refill an item
Very disappointed am I really gonna have to start being obvious and recording while I order to get an acceptable portion??
