The food Is Good but I Was on line to pick up an order and the cashier girl (pregnant woman) Was chatting with a customer about other topics instead of assisting the ones on line, gave me an attitude when i interrupted the conversation to get help with my order and didn’t even hand me my order , so disrespectful. Food is good here but the staff really needs to work on their attitudes. They act like the faster they get you down the line the sooner they get to clock out Andddd as for the women who rolled her eyes at me because SHE doesn’t know how to listen and messed up my order …..She’s lucky I respect my elders.

They gave the smallest portion of food as if the facility was clean. I could not make out what the person taking the order was asking to the point where I just left and didn’t buy anything. All the tables were disgusting. I’m not going to an establishment to do someone else’s job especially not clean tables.

This is by far the worse Chipotle I’ve been too. The food serving was poor, the service was poor, the staffs ability to communicate was poor and the cleanliness was poor.

Just a poorly kept establishment overall.

This location need to be shut down. The “MANAGERS” do not use gloves when handling the food. When I mentioned to the manager about touching my food without using gloves she was nonchalant, lack customer service, and she still didn’t put any gloves on. I asked for corporate number she lied and gave me a store number where no one answer the phone. I will also contacted the health department in New York State

This is the worst location. Incompetence galore. As a vegetarian, I don’t appreciate meat mixed into my food. No one to complain to, just a silly bot they connect you with. Chiplote quality has gone way down, will never order again from them.
