Wow! What great service to match the great food. Love that truffle pizza. To be honest, we stopped coming cause the service was “sporadic “ to say the least. Tried it today. What a difference! Manager Danny and all his team are amazing! Definitely coming back & bringing friends and family!!!!

Ordered a simple entree and could not get it right. Server did not speak English. Besides being expensive, the food was terrible.
I’m not sure what everyone else under me is talking about. Pizza amazing, customer service amazing, yes things do happen and it could get a little busy but overall AMAZING! 10/10

Tonight we decided to go to Fortina for dinner. What an awful decision.
We’re still sitting here waiting for our food 90 minutes after we were seated.
During this time, I counted 56 pizzas to go that left the restaurant. Multiple parties walked out after they were seated because they waited 20 minutes to just get water. I’m sitting in the restaurant now and families are here with only one entree; everyone looks miserable.
We used to frequent Fortina. The service has gone downhill. I wouldn’t go back. What a miserable experience.
I also waited 30 minutes for my sangria, which is just orange juice in a cup.

Food is horrible- the pizza was not good at all and my daughter refused to eat her pasta. It’s sad because the staff is very friendly and is great with kids and the atmosphere is nice.
F guests. Not busy. One guest order did not come until we inquired after 4 were served. It was burnt and inedible. No real apology. No charge for that dish but female manager had an attitude and no graciousness shown by her or staff. Disappointed as I had recommended it as I had eaten several times in now closed Yonkers location. I hope a one off.

I called last night to make a pickup order. The person on the phone told me i need to order online which is no problem. I went to order online and received an error message. I called back and the employee ensured me i need to reload my internet and try again. I did this which didn’t work then tried on my computer which also didn’t work. After about 20 minutes of trying i called back and asked if i could order over the phone because online ordering doesn’t work.
The employee said yes and went to grab a pen and paper. He came back to the phone and told me actually the restaurant is closed for a private event. This makes absolutely no sense because why would they not tell me that the first time i called them? Very unprofessional.

Food was ok. Margarita pizza was so so. Calamari over priced and not that good. Pasta e fagiole was tasty. Our server disappear several times. The atmosphere felt more like chain restaurant. Not warm, friendly and inviting. Was not impressed at all! Not coming back here. Gave it a three to be nice.

If you like the smoky brick oven flavor in your food then you will love Fortina. I personally do not enjoy that so I was not a fan of the hot food but the arugula salad was delicious 😋
