Do not sign up for their machine/coffee subscription. I did and have regretted it ever since. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable. I cannot get my subscription canceled despite the fact that I have an email from them saying they are cancelling my subscription. Emails go unanswered and contacting them by phone just puts you on a never ending merry go round of waiting on them to call you back. Their coffee is good but you are better off buying a machine off ebay and buying the coffee yourself. Otherwise they will own you.

I have been trying to place an order with Illy for over 1 week and my street address is showing as invalid characters. I have placed orders in the past with no issues. Have tried to elevate the issue with absolutely no success. Have also had issues with Iperespresso capsules and their availability for CANADIAN customers.

Complete and total incompetence. Although I paid for FedEx home delivery,my coffee went straight to the post office and I had to pick it up. Then they offered me six cans for free as an apology and never delivered them. I'm going to order Lavazza from now on. Forget these guys!!
