Not only are the bagels and sandwiches quite bad, the service here is AWFUL. The staff are actively rude and mean. I’ve now had the same issue occur multiple times. I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese and receive and i toasted bagel. That’s fine, everyone makes mistakes. My issue is that when I come back into the store, i am always told that i ordered an untoasted bagel. The staff will frequently argue with me over this and tell me I am wrong. They are aggressive and rude. Never coming back

Hot sandwich’s are good and I come here on occasion, today I went asked for a dozen onion bagels and they only had 7. The lady told me to ask my mother if garlic is fine (I was by myself). I have never met this woman before and don’t understand why she would say something like this to a customer when I asked for something. She insisted on giving me an assorted dozen. Won’t be coming back.
