This place is an absolute JOKE. I walked in thinking I’d grab a simple turkey and cheese on a roll — nothing fancy, right? Wrong. First red flag: no prices listed anywhere. But I figured, how bad could it be? It's a deli, not a five-star restaurant. Guy rings me up… $19.41 For ONE sandwich. I literally said, “Oh sorry, I just got the sandwich,” because I thought there’s no way that price was real. Nope — that dry, sad excuse for a turkey sandwich was mine. And let me tell you, if you’re wondering whether it at least tasted good — hell no. I’d pay another $20 just to watch someone else try to choke it down without needing the Heimlich. That turkey was so dry I almost had to sign a waiver. You ever eat something so dry it gets stuck in your chest and you just sit there questioning your life choices? Yeah. That. This place officially Zero stars. Negative stars. I want a refund, an apology, and possibly therapy. Put this dump on your blacklist and set it on fire.

Waited forever to order a sandwich, ended up being $23 dollars for an ok sandwich that had the wrong/missing ingredients (corned beef instead of roast beef, no cow tongue)

Rye ridge deli has the best take out st Patrick day special. Corned beef was perfect with great blend of cabbage and potatoes and a side of soda bread. This is the 2nd year I've come here and will be back again

Ordered a grilled chicken and cheese wrap added avocado and was very surprised about the price at the register I guess this explains why they have no price on the menu
Rye Ridge Deli is a shadow of its former self. The overstuffed sandwiches and nostalgic food items are now poorly prepared, bland, and sandwiches are understuffed with incredibly overstuffed prices! I decided to go with Chicken in a Pot ($27). It used to come with lots of chicken meat and enough matzo ball soup to cure any ailment, with a side of extra hot soup in an actual pot you can ladle into your bowl. What I got was a large bowl of watery chicken stock with some carrots, some egg noodles, a matzo ball, and a bony chicken leg, a bony chicken wing, and small bony chicken breast. It was seriously a joke! When I pointed out to the waiter that there was no chicken meat, he just said "I know. Do you want something else?". Shaking my head I said "yes, please get me an open faced hot turkey rueben on rye." ($18) What came out 10 minutes later was a open faced rueben with maybe 4oz of dry turkey meat, a little bit of sauerkraut, and way too much Swiss cheese (to probably try to hide the dry turkey?). In any case I will not be going back, which is a shame as I have memories going there with my parents many years ago, with servers and kitchen staff who actually cared about the customer. By the way, I have gone here many times over the past 10 years and overlooked the issues at hand. This was certainly the straw that broke the camel's back! Save your money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of deli's around that are good!

A waitress asked us who we voted for. She expressed her thoughts about how stupid we must be to have voted that way and ignored our requests after delivering our food. After that she only delivered the check after pointedly ignoring our requests for it and making us wait.
