Yaribel, our main server, was the sweetest and most attentive worker! Everyone else was also great but she was very detailed, sweet, and the kindest person ever! My Boys and I had the best time ever thanks to Yaribel! I wish all others the same experience! Also, the food was delicious, my family enjoyed eating everything! ♡♡

The hostess told us to order with the bartender. The bartender was not happy about that and argued with us. Then insisted our large party (10+) all must use one bill! The food took forever and was barely edible.

First of all, the service WAS TERRIBLE! We waited 30min to order, and an hour to wait for the food! The food is very mediocre and those wings are terrible. The manager was not nice and the same goes for the waiters. Could have been better if they cared more. And we love this hotel!

Had a birthday party there. Servers were on top of everything, drinks, and cleaning plates off tables. We had a really nice time and pub food was good.

I've been to The Pub just over a handful of times to meet up with colleagues after work. We come here to play pool, have a few drinks, and order some food. I've sat at the bar, and at a table for sit-down service as well. There a few games right outside of the bar with table hockey and a couple of arcade style games. My party and I usually sit by the pool tables to play some music and enjoy one another's company. We can get a little rowdy at times and the fact that they've been patient with us and not kicked us out speaks volumes. Lol. When we want to place an order we go to the bar and our food is typically brought to our table with no problem. The waiters are attentive enough to my liking, popping in about once every hour or so to tidy up, etc. The wings are pretty good. I've had one with brown sugar I believe it was that was popular amongst the group. I've had the turkey club a few times and has never disappointed. On one of my last visits I had their pulled pork sliders. They were good going in, but not going out, if you catch my drift. So I'm unsure of whether the pork was cooked properly or was there an issue in the handling of the food itself? That unknown factor causes me to have some reluctance when ordering food from there. I tend to stick to something safe... like beer!

Went in at 9pm for a late dinner with some friends. They got a star for having a great DJ and a star for letting us bring our own cupcakes for my friend's birthday last night. Third star is for the food being decent. Not bad, nothing special. The service? First we were seated at 2 huge round tables shoved together (there were 7 of us) creating an awkward shape in which no one could talk to each other (why not push together the rectangular ones right next to us?) we ended up pushing away one table and squeezing into the other circular table. The server came back with an angry look on her face and said "what happened?!" Clearly we moved the table...? Why you mad? The floor under our table was filthy- as a former server I can't believe they sat a large table without doing a quick sweep on the floor. There were chips crushed up, crayons, crumbs, etc... The server disappeared for long periods of time and didn't know whose food was whose when dropping off the sandwiches causing confusion. The music was great but so loud we could hardly hear each other. I didn't mine because the song choices were
