We now have moved even closer to the restaurant and it’s really our go to spot. The food is great. Great portions. The brothers are some of the nicest people and our servers Juan and Susanna are amazing people that make you feel so cozy. A true family restaurant feel

Hadn't eaten here in a while and since we were in the area, decided to go last night. Always greeted warmly by the staff and owner. The salmon was overcooked as well as the chicken francese. At the end of our meal, I mentioned to the staff about the salmon but not the chicken and as always staff is very accommodating and said we should have let them know earlier and they would have redone the food. Since we never had a disappointing meal there before, we left feelingless than satisfied. We likely will give them another try.

Had a delicious dinner with my mom before going to see a show at The Capitol theater. Food and service were amazing and good see an old friend, owner Mike, after many years. We will definitely be back!

We went to Villa Rustica for the first time. We have heard friends talk about it and wanted to give it a try. Before I go any further if all you want in a restaurant is fancy ambiance this isn’t the place for you. The owner did build out a very nice restaurant from a pizzeria. We went early and were led to a table by a nice gentleman. He gave us menus and asked if we would like to order drinks. We looked at the menu which is huge with a myriad of choices to please anyone. There were also some interesting specials. We were in a hurry so we ordered the Greek salad which was delicious. We also ordered a regular, large pizza. I really like pizza and this was a very good one. The staff is professional and polite. Prices are reasonable. The food is very good. We will return soon!

I’ve eaten here several times and I don’t know why I keep coming back. The food is underwhelming at best. I had the fettuccine carbonara recently and it was an oily, gloppy, greasy mess which was barely edible. The pasta was stuck together in a bowl that was too small and the sauce was not an authentic carbonara; the oil was separating out from it and there was too much heavy cream. My companions were even more disappointed in their food than I was. The service was on the slow side, considering the restaurant was nearly empty. The menu is large with lots of options and the best thing about this place is the pizza. I probably won’t come back again.
We shared the calamari appetizer. My son chose a small Stracciatella soup, while I enjoyed the Rustica Salad. A large pie with sausage (leftovers for take home, I get the day off from cooking!) I had a small broccoli rabe & extra fresh garlic thin crust pie, which was bursting with flavor and freshness. We also took home the most delicious Rye Brook burger. There were two so we shared one!
