An average place with ok food that has fancy names to justify the high prices.

Not enough vegetarian options. Ordered something with a fancy name that ended up being linguine marinara - I could make it better at home with store bought pasta and sauce.

The service was below par - they kept making sure that water cups were filled and that was about it.
My family comes here 2x a month and the food is spectacular! Pizzas of any and every kind are available... the arancini and the best and the meatballs are spectacular! The pastas are ALL housemade and are outstanding and authentic... amatriciana, ragu` of lamb, bolognese, and carbonara are each fantastic! The secondi/entrees are exceptional as well, tagliata/steak, roasted chicken, sliced pork chop, roasted branzino...ALL outstanding! Pound for pound the best food around.
There is no reason this place should be recognized by Michelin. The food was mediocre at best. I had the Octopus appetizer and a pizza. The Octopus wasn't braised well and was rather chewy and the Rafele Pizza had zero balance. It was like eating a huge chunk of cheese. It's sad as the ingredients are good, the menu is well put together, but the execution in the kitchen is not up to par.
