the best coffee, the friendliest staff and the nicest owners. 3-5 times a week i buy coffee here for my employees and myself and it’s great every single time! they even fix my order when i order it wrong on the app, they know 😂👏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been to multiple coffee places since recently moving here and have been disappointed until coming across Chrissy Beanz Bakery. I got their delicious (monthly special) Strawberry Crunch Latte and it was everything I've been searching for!! the coffee was delicious and strong and the flavor was so good without being overly sweet and perfectly creamy. My wife got a cookies and cream hot latte and she enjoyed every last drop!! Not only do they have the best coffee we have found here in NNY but their espresso coffee cake cups are everything you need! This is my new favorite place! I'm already craving more and it's the same day 😆 It was EXTREMELY busy but our drinks came out fast and every single worker had a smile on their face and were more than welcoming and polite! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and everyone was absolutely amazing there. The customer service alone is a huge reason we will definitely be back! You all are amazing!! see you soon!!

I ordered a cold brew and the jam thumbprint cookies. So delicious! That cookie melted in my mouth! They were super busy but cool as cucumbers and very nice! I’ll definitely be going back!!!

I've always been a huge fan of Chrissy Beanz - both the Sackets location, as well as the newer Watertown location. When booking our dessert vendor for our wedding, it was a no brainer to go with Chrissy Beanz. We decided on assorted desserts for our guests including cookies from Chrissy Beanz. The guests RAVED about the cookies! We also ordered a small wedding cake to cut - which I gave Shannon my inspo pic and she and her team brought the image to life (I attached the actual and inspo to this review)! Shannon was extremely easy and flexible to work with and the desserts were reasonably priced. I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat or drink at either of their locations, but also recommend to anybody looking for a sweet treat at your next event!

We stopped at Chrissy Beanz on our way home from Old McDonald's Farm. Their coffees were good. We had iced lattes (mocha and snickers), a piece of pumpkin cake, and a piece of cannoli cake. Everything was delicious. The cafe is on the smaller side, but very clean and well maintained. It's a cute shop in the middle of town.

Great spot to grab a hot chocolate and a baked good. They have regular, plus five flavored options for their hot chocolates. I really recommend the salted caramel!

Visited on a Sunday morning. What a busy little place. We were in the restaurant doors by 9am, placed our order at 9:10 for food and coffee. We received our coffee immediately, but our food was completed by 9:35 for a to-go order. If you’re planning to stop - make sure to cut in time to wait. Worth the wait! My son is gluten free and ordered the breakfast bowl of eggs, cheese, ham, and sausage. We asked for no veggies or sauces, but it came with avocado. I get it - take a look at the pics, the line was out the door. Great to see with a small business. I had a plain bagel with butter and my husband had a breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. My coffee was a cold brew and my husband had a Carmel macchiato. Glad we visited.

I just found this place in my last summer of being up here! I had my fiancé try it too when he was visiting (he loves coffee) and he was in awe at how amazing it was. I get a Vanilla Chai and it is hands down the best chai I’ve ever had. Their breakfast sandwiches remind me of being back in NYC. Its so good and the bagels are never hard enough to break your teeth. The employees are so sweet as well. The overall atmosphere and experience here just makes it so warm and welcoming. Perfect place to live out your café book writing or do some work you need to catch up on!

I'd give this place 20 stars if I could.
Wandered in here when the place was packed......barely standing room.....and everyone was met with incredibly patient service ("could I try that coffee flavored one again?") and walked out with delicious food.
Food is great, the people here are the best.
