I just want to say thank you Papa Tinos (Sackets harbor) for going above and beyond for my pizza order tonight. I had a bit of a rough afternoon and decided to order pizza online. I showed up at the Sackets location and they said the order actually went through to the mill street location in Watertown. I was so embarrassed by it but thank God one of the employees immediately took the initiative to correct the error. He called the other location to cancel the order and then he went right to work to remake my order (medium cheese pizza with 10 honey bbq wings). It only took about 15 minutes no problem!! You really made my night! Everything was so good and well worth the effort!

The crust is horrible but the other ingredients are awesome. The sauce is the best part by far and the pepperoni are crisp and tasty. If the crust was different this would easily be an 8 or a 9 out of ten.

A staple whenever we camp at Westcott Beach State Park. Food is great. Just have a little patience on getting through on the phone (on hold for ~10 min as we were setting up camp) and prep time as they are small and quickly become overwhelmed during the early evening camper rush. Still five stars from me ‘cuz those subs hit just right on the campsite.

I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up I used a coupon. When I handed her the coupon she seemed annoyed and was quite rude about it. If you don’t want people to use coupons don’t put them in the Savearound book. Food was great, customer service was not.Sincerely, Disappointed

Placed an order at 8:35 pm and the women could not have been sweeter.They closed that night at 9:00 pm but she was so accommodating when we got there to pick up our food.The pizza was delicious.Enjoy this one.
