terrible, ordered here 2 times using the app. first time order took 50 minutes to be ready. second time the order was completely incorrect and discovered after going back to work for lunch. Sandwich is inedible in its current state. Trying to call and you get no response. They are busy, I get it, but i order the most basic plain subs, to get a chicken bacon ranch wrong by using sweet onion teriyaki as the sauce? $12 just lit on fire apparently, app and online resources aren't helping at all either. Just frustrating.

Cut it close with the last 4 sub rolls on a Tuesday 7pm visit, so caution there, It would be nice to have packets of Oil & Vinegar along with the Mayonnaise, ans/ or Italian dressing. It's nice to take a dry sub on an excursion and add toppings at time of eating so the bread isn't soggy. Suggestion.....

The workers got the order wrong. My mom wanted plain white bread and they said they had none left but two other customers walked in after us and they asked for plain white bread and the guy gave it to them.
