Staff will leave your business a bad review if you dine in there and pay with business was card. Tipped average waitress at best 25% and left my business a review with the card I used 15 min after paying and wrote something that was said at the dinner table on my business page. Repeat customer of probably 6 times , will never go back. Very untrustworthy.

This is a simple bar/restaurant with a fantastic view of the water. Food was great, and our waiter Taylor was both affable and professional. My wife and I shared a pineapple rum cheesecake for dessert. It was great. By the way, the beer was only $4.00 a bottle. Try it. You’ll love it.

My family and I, including elderly parents, wife, two teenage daughters, and a toddler, visited the Boathouse for lunch on 8/31/24 around 1:30 PM. We were staying in Henderson, just outside of Sacket's Harbor, for the week. After a morning of shopping, we decided to try the Boathouse based on its appealing menu.
The restaurant was about half full, but unfortunately, we were turned away by the hostess. She informed us that they were at capacity and couldn't accommodate our party of seven. We were surprised and disappointed, as was the gentleman behind us who witnessed the interaction and left in disgust, despite our suggestion that they might be able to handle his smaller party.
It felt like the Boathouse simply didn't want more business, which was perplexing given the industry and the expected influx of visitors for the Labor Day weekend and a marathon the following day. What a missed opportunity for the Boathouse. I’ll give the atmosphere 4-stars because it looked fun inside and is on the water; it has both indoor and outdoor seating.
