This quaint restaurant was very charming. I enjoyed sitting outside neat gardens out on the patio. Although , the bees were a bit excessive while trying to eat. It may have been the season. The food looks amazing, but a little underwhelming in flavor. Service was friendly, but a little slow. Nothing was bad, but nothing was amazing.

The service was absolutely awful. I’m never one to write negative reviews but it’s so disappointing since the place was so highly recommended. Everyone around us had already received their food even though they arrived after us. Mind you it was not busy at all. The order was a burger and fries. It took an hour to get our food and that’s only after my husband went in to ask for the check to leave. She was sitting on her phone scrolling bsing with a coworker. Only when she saw my husband did she go to the back and grab the food not even a minute later. She continuously apologized half smiling and said “this is completely my fault.” Only to realize she forgot to put in part of the order so we didn’t even get everything ordered. Paid full price. No manager involvement. $87 for luke warm food. Not ok.

Atmosphere is awesome. Food would otherwise be a three star; just can’t justify it at that price. I’ve had equally good diner food for a fraction of the price. Wasn’t bad but I won’t ever go back. Did not live nearly up to the hype that it receives.

Extremely disappointed.
Food was mediocre at best. My sister and I ordered the same thing, the chicken sandwich $22.00 was served on a stale ciabatta roll, my chicken wasn't completely cooked, my fries weren't hot . My sisters sandwich wasn't any better and her pasta salad was disgusting.
We have eaten there before and really enjoyed it in the past.
After today we will not go back....

Extremely scenic restaurant in the heart of Sackets Harbor. Nice outdoor seating and lots of nature.

The staff is nice and the food is excellent. Make sure you order the homemade beer bread. You will NOT regret it. Some of the best bread I've had in my life. The huevos rancheros is absolute fire. Order it

Went on a Sunday it was busy and food was very slow to come out. They need to hire more cooks/waitress/waiters. Although I understand it's difficult to find good help in a small town. It was also an extra busy day so the wait for food after ordering was easily 45+minutes

Outside of that great experience. Make sure to visit the garden in the back. It's beautiful.

Something has changed. In the past I have had no complaints. Last week we waited over 1 1\2 hrs to get our food. We talked to a manager and they gave small discount. Didn’t need a discount but a clear explanation. We were told that there was an issue with our order. In that case an explanation should have been given in the moment the moment the issue was realized and drinks or salads offered. Very poor judgement on the managements part.

Waited an hour+ for my food. Had to go grab my drinks from the bar as they sat there for about 30 mins. Not worth the wait.

Host and waitresses were really sweet. Waited 30 mins to be seated for brunch (no reservations, lots of guests dining). Cute outdoorsy area with lots of seating and a bar.
Waited ~15 mins to order food. Waited 1hr 15 to get our food Food was really delicious though. Got the Reuben omelette and Thai steak salad. Peanut sauce added a really nice flavor to the salad.

Would only recommend coming if you can wait an hr + for the food ? 4 star only bc of the long wait for the food.

With memories of amazing past meals, we made a reservation at Tin Pan. We chose poorly! The outside area is unkempt, the music was better suited to a brew pub and the food....diner fare at James Beard prices. Our server, Kevin, was the only plus. Sadly, will not return.

We enjoyed the beautiful outside dining patio on a late summer evening with Mr. Ventiquattro playing oldies but goodies. For the price, we were a bit disappointed with the portion sizes and that we had to pay extra for sides. The lobster mac-n-cheese and scallops were very good; however, the lobster/sweet potato cake was a bit overcooked.

Recently went to dinner with family on a picture perfect Saturday night. I had made reservations. We were seated promptly while waiting for the other members of our party to arrive. Our server, Noelle was most attentive and drink orders were taken and served with minimal wait. Our party had the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer, Sea scallops, Caprese stuffed chicken, Caesar salad and Lobster Mac and Cheese. The food was very good and served in a very reasonable amount of time. We had live music by Mark Nanni which we really enjoyed. The only glitch was a forgotten soup which was taken off the bill. It was a pleasant dining experience in a beautiful setting.
