Big Olaf is open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 9, closed Tuesday and Wednesday
Ice cream ok, nothing to write home about, though. Dissappointed about customer service. I visited on 9/7/24 in the evening, staff refused to add another scoop to one cone that we got without counting it as a brand new cone before we even paid and left. A good place would have just added it on the side without any discussion. Little things like that make you not feel appreciated as a customer.

Very tasty ice-cream, but service leaves a lot to be desired especially from managerial side

Great experience! But what put it over the top was the customer experience I recieved from Kai! She was an extremely genuine person who showed how much she cared about the how things went for me from when I walked in the door, ordered, and walked out. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much, highly recommended and will certainly be back!

They serve Gifford’s ice cream like you can buy in the grocery store. It is not homemade by this place. No reviews mention this.
Homemade waffle cones are decent. People working were nice.
Hours / days on Google are totally incorrect. They were open midweek.
There is huge opportunity for someone who makes high quality homemade ice cream to come to Sag Harbor/The Hamptons.

It was great to have more than just sorbet to choose from! Had at least 6 flavors and NONE were boring!
Very crowded with a long line out the door usually means it’s a good place to eat. What’s really enticing is the smell of the fresh-baked waffle cones; it really draws you in. The ice cream selection is good but not great; I had a kid-sized vanilla with no cone and it was good. I would recommend getting the cone if you are hungry enough.

Old school ice cream parlor by the pier serving rich, well-flavored scoops with homemade waffle cones. Tried triple chocolate and toasted coconut, both great! Cash only.
Better than John's in Montauk

I’m not gonna sugar coat it, this is amazing. For the local sag harbians, this place is a blessing that could easily have come straight out from heaven. To say that this place is “good” would be an insult when one realizes the beauty and care behind each ice cream made. Every time I enter the place, I get on my knees BEGGING whoever is there to slide me a glowing mint chip cone of icecream. If your in the hamptons, go here otherwise you are going to REGRET it.
CASH ONLY!!Good variety of ice creams and toppings, a bit of a long line.
Not as exaggerated. The flavors are not so good.
A good ice cream place in sag harbor. I will admit, the ice cream itself isn’t amazing. The line is always really long to get in and sometimes it’s just not worth the wait. The two things they do that are above par is when they make original flavors and their homemade waffle cones. The service is good as well!
This was an amazing unbelievable experience. The employees were breathtakingly attractive and very hot. 100% would reccomend.
