Just delightful! Excellent pastries, nice staff, phenomenal attention to detail, decent selection A little pricey but it's Sag Harbor so what do you expect.

The coffee was good, but the salmon sandwich was dry, as if it had been made yesterday. I didn't get the croissant, though. Why is there chocolate inside if it's a pistachio one?

Once this place has coffee and bakery why it doesn’t have at least restrooms. The service people lack professionalism and I think they need to be trained.

The bakery is quiet good, everything except the plain croissant is overpriced,
The baguette sandwich is really really good though

The coffee is flat out bad, they have the countertop integrated la Marzocco mod bar, a very nice machine, sadly not reaching its potential

Too rich for my blood but it is gourmet. Intimidatingly austere atmosphere.

Love. A lot of thought and work put into each piece. Cool modern setting as well.

Absolutely amazing bread! Loved the chocolate pistachio croissant. Not much interior space for dine-in, but very pristine and modern.

Carissa’s in Sag Harbor is a sensory delight—where thoughtful design meets exceptional flavor. Every visit feels like a breath of fresh air, with beautifully baked goods, seasonal offerings, and a serene atmosphere that captures the essence of Hamptons living.

As a local real estate professional, I often recommend Carissa’s to clients looking to get a true taste of the area. Whether picking up pastries for an open house or enjoying a quiet moment between appointments, it’s a go-to spot that never disappoints.

Elegant, intentional, and delicious—Carissa’s is a gem in the heart of Sag Harbor.

i’ve never been dismissed by not one, but two people behind the counter of a food and beverage establishment. the older couple behind the counter this morning both, independently of one another asked me to move the line along with the woman rudely saying ā€œi’m gonna move you down the road!ā€ before i even ordered.

needless to say i left before actually trying anything, so i can’t speak to the quality of their pastry, but most likely we’d never go back again. they desperately need to work on their customer service skills.

Yup, it’s really that good!
Everything in this area is expensive, but then again - what did you expect. At least this is expensive and good! Their cheese cake is to die for imo. Coffee also was top notch, pistachio cappuccino was bang on!

Nice that they are open in the off season, service was a bit slow as only one was working the counter as people ordered from both the tablets and in person.
