The Bagels are Amazing the Service great except if you arrive 15minutes before they close they will not serve you :-( and tell you that the kitchen is closed. I would expect a more professional service especially after paying for very expensive Hamptons price.

The bagels themselves are incredible. A bit in the pricey side. Good variety in sandwiches and cream cheeses available. Try to go early during the Summer season as a line will quickly form out of the door.

Have had a few lack luster egg sandwiches from here. They also tend to get orders wrong or forget things. But today was just the last time I'll be eating here because today I unwrapped my bacon egg and cheese and found a piece of rubber glove tucked in next to my sandwich. This is carelessness and just discussing.

Beat the rush by 9 am on weekends, although this line moves faster than most similar coffee/delis/bakeries in Sag Harbor area. Great spreads, but particularly the basics - chive, lox and olives are great. Nothing fancy, just great bagel sandwiches.

Worst customer service. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and attitude is given every single day. Omari is nice but most of the regular crew is absolutely untrained and rude. Ive seen workers wipe their nose with their hand then continue to work withoht fresh gloves or washing their hands. Absolutely gross and we would be blessed if more breakfast places opened in sag harbor.

During our time in the Hamptons, we had to try Goldberg's Bagels. The sandwiches we ordered were excellent. Despite being busy with constant flow of customers the staff was friendly and service was prompt. We would say yes the reputation lived up to the hype.
