After a year of not going because they messed up our order and provided a weak sandwhich, thin italian sandwhich missing onion lettuce and tomato, and then totally getting the breakfast sandwhich of bacon scrambled egg and american cheese on a roll wrong (gave sausage fried egg on a roll with american. I tried to give them another chance today. I call in my order which was so simple, sausage egg cheddar on a plain wrap.... I end up recieving it with no sausage. I get home and am so disappointed and call and they told me they that it's what I ordered reading it back to me what they wrote and it's not what I said and who knows if thats actually what they wrote they just seemed like they were just saying that. They didn't apologize or offer to fix or solve the problem. Just oh well and hung up. Meanwhile I paid over $10 for this fried egg with american on a plain wrap. Crazy. Customer service is just absolutely terrible. never again! I don't know why people rave about Goldbergs the people they have working there are just terrible.

One of the best bagels in town. Cooked well and taste great. They also make there bagels in house so it is always fresh. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich are just like the ones in NYC or better.

I’ve been in here several times. I’ve never experienced an incorrect order. Bagels are always delicious and I always take 2 dozen to go to take back to Kentucky. They freeze and defrost well and are delicious every time!

Good service! Long lines on weekends. Great bagels!
My husband bought us breakfast this morning and paid $25 for 2 egg sandwiches just to be severely disappointed. My egg was raw on my sandwich, to add insult to injury they offered no compensation for my over priced, undercooked egg sandwich; unless I wanted to turn around and go all the way back. Horrible, truly disgustful not only for my egg but customer service. ☹️
Absolutely, the best bagel place on the island. The bagels are very good and their flagels are to die for. I'm a huge fan of the chicken salad and egg salad. Sandwiches are always packed with meat. Staff is very friendly as well.

Bad bagels. The Hamptons used to have all sorts of good bagel shops before goldbergs bought all of them or drove them out of business. Now all we have is this garbage circle bread. Middest bagel I've ever had.
This place is fine except for one thing I noticed: when you order lox and bagel, they don't use regular cream cheese; they use cream cheese SPREAD. I don't know whether this is a short-cut (easier and faster to smear on the bagel or whether it's cheaper. Regardless, I don't like it. I like regular cream cheese. It has a different taste and texture from the spread.

They churn out bagels. Prices are insane but it’s the hamptons I guess…still the best bagels around.

Some bagels are great some are ok. We tried a dozen different, with each catering to a different taste palette. Just stick to what you like and you will find something to enjoy.
