Goldberg's Famous Bagels

I’ve been in here several times. I’ve never experienced an incorrect order. Bagels are always delicious and I always take 2 dozen to go to take back to Kentucky. They freeze and defrost well and are delicious every time!

Absolutely, the best bagel place on the island. The bagels are very good and their flagels are to die for. I'm a huge fan of the chicken salad and egg salad. Sandwiches are always packed with meat. Staff is very friendly as well.

Bad bagels. The Hamptons used to have all sorts of good bagel shops before goldbergs bought all of them or drove them out of business. Now all we have is this garbage circle bread. Middest bagel I've ever had.

This place is fine except for one thing I noticed: when you order lox and bagel, they don't use regular cream cheese; they use cream cheese SPREAD. I don't know whether this is a short-cut (easier and faster to smear on the bagel or whether it's cheaper. Regardless, I don't like it. I like regular cream cheese. It has a different taste and texture from the spread.

They churn out bagels. Prices are insane but it’s the hamptons I guess…still the best bagels around.

Some bagels are great some are ok. We tried a dozen different, with each catering to a different taste palette. Just stick to what you like and you will find something to enjoy.

Best flagels EVER! Also best sandwiches, esp bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll.
However you need to itemize sandwich extras, like tomatoes, on the black board before you charge a dollar for it.

Edras went above and beyond in helping me with my kids’ birthday party at CMEE. He made it easy, cost-effective, and even offered suggestions that were so helpful because it was my first time putting on a big party and I was clueless. He even offered a coffee urn instead of the regular coffee boxes. Very attentive, prompt, responsive, reliable and incredibly friendly to boot! The bagels and fruit plate were top notch—fresh and tasty. Coffee was excellent and came with cream of choice as well as cups and sugars. Cream cheeses—delicious as always. Edras curated the bagels in such a way as to avoid an allergy I mentioned. Goldberg’s for morning birthday parties is a must and this place makes it easy. Thank you Edras for being the king of customer service!
