We have been eating at Il Cappuccino for years and always enjoyed the food. Last night must have been an off-night. The pasta bolognese was not rich and thick like it usually is but thin and watery; one of our guests had pasta penne with broccoli rabe and sausage and he said that it was tasteless. We have always enjoyed dining at Il Capuccino but this last visit was not up to par. We stopped in on a rainy Sunday evening after a movie at the Sag Cinema. Besides a few patrons at the bar we were the only table in the restaurant. We were seated promptly and my husband, my son and I began perusing the menu.
