Get the Cajun chicken. It is their signature dish and was created in 1996 and stayed through ownership/chef changes. Portion sizes are good. The NY strip was also reqlly good for steak outside of Texas ;)

Amazing. Reserved for a birthday. They accompanied all my requests in my reservation note to make it a spectacular experience. The food was exquisite. The duck is fantastic. The wine pairing suggestions were on point. The view and the scene by the bar sets the vibe.

A lovely vibe with great people watching and fresh air. I was there with 6 people and we probably had 12 dishes on the table. Our favorite was the tomato salad! Super unique dish with fresh Hamptons heirloom tomatoes. The drinks were also great.

We love Le Bilboquet Sag Harbor. The food and ambiance are always amazing, and the waiters and inside staff are consistently wonderful. But the maître d’s really need a reality check – they’re incredibly pretentious, and I’ve seen them be outright rude to guests. Just back from the South of France, where service is chic yet welcoming, coming home to this is gross. Last night’s maître d’ was shockingly dismissive to several patrons, and on our way out, he even bumped into my mom hard without apologizing. If you’re going to be pretentious, at least do it while actually tending to guests.
