I was shocked at how bad this place has become. The skins on the hand rolls were soggy, the Uni from Maine tasted weeks old, and the only unfiltered Sake they had tasted like pure sugar. I complained about my meal, but got nothing but an apology from Santiago ( our waiter)Don’t waste your time or money here! There’s a reason their ratings are 4.2, and honestly I feel that’s much too generous.Close down already, you clearly don’t care any more.

Sen is one of my favorite restaurants. We had Gustavo as our server, he was charming and knowledgeable about both the menu and Sake offerings. He was attentive even though they were very busy.Highly recommend Spicy Edamame and the Kimchi Cucumbers as well as the Miyako Roll and Kinmedai Sushi. If you’re not in the mood for rolls and sushi the Karaage Chicken and Double Pork Ramen don’t disappoint.Great vibe, delicious food and knowledgeable staff. Must visit if you’re in Sag Harbor

Sen is a solid sushi and Asian food restaurant. I haven’t tried too much cooked food here , only some apps but i seen others enjoying Ramen etc. The sushi is very fresh and tasty. Compared to many other places the portions are small. The shumai however are large and some of the best. Service is perfect with excellent staff and reasonable wait times for food

It's a cute spot that's right downtown, has plenty of seating, great decorations, and a nice sized bar.However, the food isn't the best. They've got an amazing selection and just about every option, but something is just not there with the flavor.The food isn't bad, and it's definitely cooked and there's nothing gross going on. Just that overall the flavor is kinda dullI really want to like the place though. It's one of the few Japanese restaurants in the area that are reasonably priced and easy to get to. And it's certainly cute enough for a date spot or bringing the family out too.Also, some of the employees there really do try to get you seated, fed, paid, and out the door as quickly as possible. It's not malicious, more like out of necessity sometimes with the volume that comes to that door during the high season.

we booked the upstairs room for our anniversary and it was amazing. the menu was perfect. every dish was perfectly presented and perfectly prepared. Gutsavo was attentive but not hovering, there when we needed him but invisible while we enjoyed our dinner. thank you!

I've been coming to Sen since the pandemic and they are the best Sushi spot in the Hamptons. I come with my family pretty much every week during the summer to eat their delicious food. One of the servers Kevin is amazing. Every-time I come in he goes above and beyond to create a great experience for me and my fam. Looking forward to my next meal at Sen.

Great restaurant! They have incredible service. Food was phenomenal. Definitely one of my go to spots to eat in this area! Atmosphere was nice, calm, and relaxed. Exactly what you need with a perfect meal. Will and for sure will be coming back.

My girlfriend and I ate here on Saturday, 10/28/23. We both were very sick the following day all day long. I called today, the first manager said he would "ask the kitchen" and call me back, never did. I called back two hours later and spoke to a different manager who said they would refund the bill which was the least they could do. No apology, no explanation or anything, mostly just arguing with me. I got notification of a refund, they only refunded one dish, as opposed to the whole bill.Not really acceptable in my opinion. You trust that paying money for food will not get you sick and if it does, at the very least, you'll get an empathetic apology and full refund and an assurance that they will check their food to make sure nobody else gets sick and that they're doing their best to never have something like this happen again. That was NOT my experience.Eat here at your own risk.
