Online open until 11pm
In reality we found them closing before 10pm, wast of a trip.
On top of that, Bartender couldn’t mix any drinks because of a cut finger :/

I was celebrating a special occasion with my girlfriend and friends from the United States at your bistro. The chef’s food was outstanding, and the welcome we received at the entrance was very warm. However, the woman who took our orders was quite unpleasant. We arrived at 6:07 for our 6:00 reservation, and she informed us that we had to leave by 7:30 due to full reservations, despite having made a prior booking. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered a restaurant that imposed time limits on our stay.

One of my friends ordered a Classic Martini, which is typically made with gin, but this lady asked him what type of alcohol he wanted—vodka, tequila, or rum. It was quite disconcerting to see his reaction. Her demeanor towards us was very unwelcoming, and I can’t recall her name since she never introduced herself. I had hoped to share French culture with my friends through its cuisine, but they were so put off by the service that one of them chose not to order any food at all.

Perhaps her attitude towards me was influenced by my Hispanic background, but I take pride in being French, and I’ve never experienced such treatment in my own country or in any other restaurant in America.

In summary, I recommend your bistro for its delicious food, reminiscent of what we have in Paris, but I urge you to enhance the quality of service, regardless of a person’s background. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Ordered 6 oysters ate 2. They were dry and stale. When I mentioned it to the server I got an apology and the check. The espresso martini was a coffee martini. Sooo disappointed. This is why this is the 3rd resturant in 5 years in this location. Soon to be 4.

Incredible French bistro in the heart of Sag Harbor. I was worried the food would be heavy but it was beautifully light! The onion tarte is light as air and packed with flavor. The cold octopus salad was delicate and tender. The muscles were large and packed with flavor. The rib eye was huge!

Best of all was our server Daniella! She is French and made us feel like we were eating at her home, make sure you sit in her section!

And since this place is new you can actually get a table easily!!

My best friend and I grabbed two end stools at the bar as we wanted to eat a light meal (share a plate of steak tartare and pomme frites). We also agreed to have a “dry” wkd so just ice water. It was one of the best steak tartare, and the bartenders and waitstaff were super attentive and kind. Will highly recommend and go back.

Disappointing. Won’t be returning. I went in with some friends for 4 martinis. The bill was $135. I tipped $15. How much can you really be expected to tip on 4 drinks? Welllll my friend ordered 4 bottles of water and when it came time to pay he said “What do I owe you?” Her response was “$32 dollars and some missing tip from your friend.” If you want to think I’m cheap, that’s fine, but to call me out in front of the entire bar when you just got paid $15 for making 4 drinks? Disgusting behavior. Sadly, one of my friends over tipped her to shut her up and the other went to the manager to complain, who completely defended the bartender. The staff sucks. The manager sucks. The customer service sucks. The prices suck…. And if you read the reviews, the food sucks too.

The late night in this place is amazing, great vibes, music and they have a food menu until 2 am so it’s a life saver. Cocktails are delicious and there’s great wine being bu the glass or bottle

We had a nice experience here. Oddly the french fries on my husband’s plate were different (looked and tasted frozen) compared to a side a order for the table and with our friend’s burger; both of these were handout fries with skin. Yah we noticed lol.

The food wasn't good, but who cares - the people watching and conversations made up for overcooked steak, burnt fries, and lackluster mussels. We heard all about the lives of deckhands on superyachts moored down the street, watched an "almost fight" that was settled by one person proclaiming "you don't even have a house out here!" and heard one couple bickering at what must have been the nadir of their relationship while also fighting with the waitress over whether or not they cancelled their order of God-knows-what. 5/5 ambiance, 1/5 food. All in let's call that a 4/5

The new summer menu has been well curated by Chef Guilherme and the wines are great too, cheers to whoever curated the wines. Wish we could have the wine flights like for the winter but we ended up having wine glasses. We felt like being transported to Paris and St tropez at the same time. The staff are all from France which makes it authentic. Cheers… will see you soon. Vive la France!!

Came last weekend for the late night.
The vibe was pretty cool. We’ve got a bottle of Poison Rouge at 25% off for the late night happy hour that Bartender suggested. Honestly we had a good time!! See you soon the VSV crew. Get the bottles ready!!!!!

I FOUND MY SPOT!!!!!!! This will be my spot for the summer. The white Sancerre was great. Valentino was so knowledgeable, he was explaining about the different types of tequila and Ophelia was telling us about the wines. Michel? If you need to be entertained, just talk to him. Highly recommend this place.

Valentin, the bartender, was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made excellent drink recommendations throughout the evening. Michel, the manager, was fantastic! Attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. Huge thanks to Ophelie, the sommelier, for her impressive wine knowledge. She helped me choose the perfect bottle to pair with my meal. Overall, outstanding service from the entire team I will definitely be back!
