If you like potato based liquor, this is the spot for you. This place has a nice atmosphere with many different liquor options and many different tasting flights to choose from. I had the Old Fashioned with bourbon which was pretty good. The service is very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I could see myself coming back and bringing some friends too.
What a lovely spot to visit while in the Hamptons. Start with a flight of their potato based spirits. Then go for a full cocktail and be prepared to be wow'ed.The menu is limited and that's okay because it allows the staff to become experts at pouring each creation offered. The highlights for us were the 11962 Bloody Mary with Cucumber Vodka. This Mary tastes like all the veggies and herbs that created her. I'd love to come back in the spring or summer and enjoy the outdoor area. The tasting room area is very welcoming and the staff was great. Our hostess answered all of our questions and was very attentive. Loved our visit.
