Ordered and pre-paid for a birthday cake days in advance and when i showed up 2 hours after the pick up time, there was no cake, no manager, no assistant manager, a customer service outgoing message saying to email them, and no ohone call from the manager until the next day even though the girl at the counter texted the mgr and asst mgr right in front on me! Wow! Just wow! I am shocked and disappointed and am likely to never go here again, if i ever patronize BR ever again, despite my decades of nostaligic love for their ice-cream. If you do want BR, do yourself a favor and don't go to THIS location.
