The best Carvel location! I’ve been going here since I was a kid and there is no other location that has ever come close.

Best Sundaes and soft serves. We love going here all the time as their food and service is the best. They are polite and friendly what makes you feel going there. The guy who works there (don’t know his name) but he’s great!! I wish this time I would have taken pictures of the sundae and the soft serves we ordered before finishing them(lol).Both were delicious. Great job by great team. Keep it up!

★☆☆☆☆ they would get less if I could list it especially the one on Smithtown Blvd As of 2025) Carvel has the audacity to nickel-and-dime customers by charging extra for using a credit card—something they absolutely do not have to do. No other respectable business with even a shred of class or business sense stoops this low. Everyone knows people spend more with a credit card, but instead of appreciating that, Carvel punishes its own customers to squeeze out a few pathetic extra cents. It screams desperation, not success. Cheap move, cheap management, cheap experience.

Just sold us 4 ice creams that were 75% melted and told us that it’s because it’s hot in their store. When I confronted the associated for a new one, I was told all ice creams would be melted. Didn’t offer a refund. Offered me a bigger cup to eat the ice cream in lol how about turn your AC on or offer a refund to the people not looking to eat a milkshake out of a cup. My family had about 30 seconds of eating what was left before the hey became inedible. Do better, guys.

The ice cream was nice and the portions very generous.
The older silver hair small in stature male with foreign accent gentleman stated emphatically the product that I was purchasing was made fresh daily (6 pack vanilla flying saucers). I specifically ask this before I buy so there are no issues. Also I ask if they have any recently made in the back which he replied no. The chocolate cookie should be crisp and crunchy! This was not the case! I paid for a flying saucer not a ice cream sandwich! This guy just lied straight to my face! This guy has no integrity or credibility! To choose dishonesty over a sale says a lot about this guy. Will not waste my money here again!
