Best Sundaes and soft serves. We love going here all the time as their food and service is the best. They are polite and friendly what makes you feel going there. The guy who works there (don’t know his name) but he’s great!! I wish this time I would have taken pictures of the sundae and the soft serves we ordered before finishing them(lol).Both were delicious.
Great job by great team. Keep it up!

The staff here are all great people. The prices at Carvel are still good too! $7 and change for a large sundae with toppings. Hope this review gets people a raise. Always experience great service and the employees here deserve all the positive recognition they get.

Having visited several other Carvels in Suffolk County I must say the St. James Carvel is by far the best! While other Carvels skimp on BOGO Wednesday this Carvel does the right thing as if you are paying full price. There is a reason their lines are out the door on Wednesday.
