Just went there, and ordered TWO $6 meal deals. I asked her if i can switch out bacon for sausage and she said no and i said “okay that’s fine i’ll just get bacon” so i paid and sat down to wait for my food. Three people came in after me and got their food/drinks and left. I then stood up , went to the register and asked where my food was. She started to deny that i ordered a sandwich. I reminded her that she was the one who rung us up and the conversation we had about the sandwich. She proceeded to shrug her shoulders and said “i don’t know”. so not only did she mess up my order but lied about it as well.

Never a good experience in this Dunkin'. I waited until a few visits to review this one. Unfortunately, it has stayed the same. The workers are not at all friendly. It doesn't feel clean in this store, although I've seen someone cleaning it. The coffee and donuts have been ok to good. So it's mostly the service and atmosphere that make it unappealing...

I spoke to a lovely woman who i presume by accent might be Hispanic or Indian who was very helpful on the phone about pricing after the incident. Its Monday December 5th. The other employee who is (typical Long Island female) who thinks they can speak to men anyway they chose. They forget those men have wives!!! We are semi retired and work remotely as consultants from our home in the area. We understand coffee like everything is affected by inflation right now - but to tell my husband who is a very nice, patient man that he doesn't know what he is talking about, is losing a customer! We have never paid more than $18 dollars for 3 bags and when the total came to $24 & change the woman behind the counter basically called my husband a LIAR when he asked when the price went up and that they have always charged $24 for 3 bags of coffee. Is she serious??? We buy lots of products from this DD location. Personally, we have never been that impressed by the service as they hire young kids with no customer service exp. but this is where we draw the line!!! We will not shop where arrogant lil trodlodytes are hired. We will be checking who owns this franchise location and making sure we don't buy from them anymore!!!

The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was unappetizing. The croissant that it came on was burnt and the egg like rubber. The cheese was nondescript and the sausage the usual microwave sort.I had a gift card and that's the only reason I went there
