Ordered over medium egg sandwich and it came over easy got all over me. Went to use the bathroom it was employee only. Went out to my car to clean up. For a place with a dine in option a bathroom for public use would be nice. Food was good just wouldn’t want to dine in again.

I can't speak for everyone and their experiences... But one of my good friends introduced me to this place. For my friend and I, we were treated with nothing but hospitality. Quick service. The staff were patient with us. No issues at all. And the food is great. Clean. Can't ask for better than that. I'm sorry to hear the negative reviews.

I ate lunch here today. There was plastic inside of my sandwich and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting.

Guy behind the counter is nasty. I shouldn’t have to ask hows it going when i walk into your establishment before you do. If i am the only person in the place i shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes to pick up a sandwich that i ordered over the phone while you give me an attitude . Maybe he was just having a bad day it happens but he’s not a pleasant person to talk to. The sandwich was good though. Place is clean i wont completely write them off but that customer service needs work. I will try again down the line but there are a lot of other places in the area just saying

Guy behind the counter was very rude (1/13/25), 5pm. makes me feel like an idiot. Guy is not friendly he acts like his job is very frustrating for him ....not costumers problem. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE

As a lot of other recent reviews stated, this place is a mess. Check out Bean’s Bagels down the road if you want a sandwich.

What happened to this place? I placed a phone order and the guy made me feel like I'm an idiot bc i ordered a signature hero but they "haven't updated the website in 5 years". Meanwhile, it has pics from when it's been renovated. Then the same guy charges me $15 even, for a weak sandwich. Shame. I used to love this place.
I thought I would try a new deli near my employment so I stopped here. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on roll, no biggie added a side of home fries. Disgusting and old taste stale, was only a few pieces of potato didn’t fill the container. I paid 5$ for about 10 dime size pieces of potato. And the guy behind the counter no customer service skills whatsoever. Will not be returning

Guy behind the counter was extremely rude! I asked him to change his gloves after he wiped his sweaty forehead ? and he gave me an attitude.. I don't know if their ac is broken or they didn't turn it on yet, but it was very warm and uncomfortable inside..I will not be returning!! Also they were making racist remarks behind the counter when i walked in... I do not recomend

I’m always happy with the sandwiches ! I’m pregnant and they always heat up the deli meat so I can eat it lol! Thanks for making me and my baby happy!!
