THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN A MCDONALD'S. Please stay away from this place, I placed a mobile order through the app when I got here it was cancelled for some reason, I spoke with a cashier he immediately told me that there was nothing he could do to help me, was very rude and unprofessional, I9 asked for a supervisor, same thing very rude and unprofessional, no one helped me with my order and with my issue. Compared to my other mcdonald's experiences this is definitely the worst by a whole mile! Get your business elsewhere!

this is the funniest experience I've ever had with food. I've bought from this location countless times and often received less food than ordered. But this time, I ordered a cheeseburger, and it came with no beef?! It's truly absurd and a mix of frustration and amusement. I hope the manager will pay more attention to food quality. Very disappointing.

Hot and Dirty! The floors are a slip hazard they are so dirty. The tables are covered with caked on ketchup. There was garbage left all over on the floor, on the tables and on the seats. A/C only kicked on once while we were there. The system works, the temperature is just kept to an unreasonably high setting, possibly to save money. Kids working behind counter looked fatigued due to heat.

This has got to be THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. So bad, Corporate Headquarters should get involved here. Saturday morning approx 9:30 we stopped in for a quick bite. The floor felt like they mopped it with frying oil. EVERYONE was slipping and sliding like an ice rink. I was told it’s moisture build-up because the AC doesn’t work. It sure didn’t. No paper or mats on the floor to prevent someone from getting seriously injured. 1 yellow wet floor sign by the side entrance. While we waited to order, several people were off to the side waiting for corrections to their order. We ordered our food a glided to the table. Food was brought only to have one of the sandwiches wrong and coffee prepared incorrectly. I think everyone there literally had something wrong with their orders. Now, to the bathroom…..There was 2. The one on the left was DEPLORABLE. The toilet seat had feces, YES, FECES all over it,, no hand soap either. How are the worker’s here washing their hands to deal with food? Brought it up to the “Manager” and the response was “ You see how busy we are right?” We literally left the $20 order in the table and walked out so irate I, I couldn’t be bothered with a refund. I wanted to block the entrance to the parking lot on my way out so other unsuspecting patrons wouldn’t have to deal with them. PLEASE AVOID THIS MCDONALDS, lord only knows what you’ll get besides fast food. No stars, doesn’t deserve any.

Service ok at best workers on break in dinning room blasting there phone on speaker phone with Spanish and then they have Spanish music playing in restaurant rather here nothing soooooo slooooowwww u think if it took this long they wouldn't screw the order up come on get it together or shut it down to top it off they put tray down on table and walked away how about a hi or good moring rude last time

Sorry, I Never Ever go to McDonald's. The product is so over processed that it isn't even food anymore even down to the bread. The true testament is when you order a #2 you will end up looking for a spackle bucket or something to do #2. Cinderella story every time. Just ask anyone, thanks !
